Hi Ebin, I just watched your video, and while it was interesting as always, I felt there was some room for improvement in describing the food. For example, with the dry gobi, you mentioned it was crispy, which is great! But to really make our mouths water, it would be fantastic to hear more about the flavors. Was it spicy? Savory? Did it have a hint of sweetness? The chutney sounded like the star of the show! You said it was "super," but could you tell us a bit more about what makes it special? How does it differ from other chutneys we might be familiar with? Even a hint about the ingredients or the overall flavor profile (tangy, sweet and spicy, etc.) would give viewers a better idea and maybe even inspire them to try recreating it at home. There were a few other spots where descriptions could be fleshed out, but I don't want to take up too much of your time. Overall, I think incorporating more descriptive language about the flavors, like Mark Wiens does, would really elevate your videos to the next level. Thanks for considering my feedback!

I’m from Mysuru and this has been my favourite place since childhood. No offense sir but what I have noticed from your videos sir is that you go to different states where the regional language is not Malayalam and it’s very sad to see that you always ask and kind of force people to talk in Malayalam only instead of trying to communicate in their regional language or common language. Not everybody should know Malayalam in Mysore or anywhere in the world. We speak Kannada here😊
