About 60 years ago my mom used to make these little pizzas with pop n fresh biscuits.
They were a special treat cuz we couldn’t afford real pizza.
I’ve never forgotten them and made them for my now adult kids.

We used English Muffins, what a treat! A little Oregano, tomato sauce, cheese and maybe bits of leftover meat. Pop in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes and Voila! Yummy little pizzas.

Don't push down on the dough, stretch it. When you squish it down to make the circle, you're compacting it down so the dough will be thicker and more dense. If you lightly stretch it from the sides and let gravity do the pulling, it will come out light and fluffy instead of being similar to a slice of bread. Also, proofing twice before dividing into balls for a final proof will improve the flavor of the dough. Proof for an hour, punch down, kneed it again, let proof a second time for another 30 to 45 minutes, then divide, proof a third time once they are balls, stretch and add toppings.
Lots of trial and error is how I figured all of this out. Oh, also, use honey instead of sugar for the glucose. Localized honey will help your immune system and it will make the pizza taste much better too.

Not me. The crust looks much too soft and mushy for me. I like a nice, chewy crust.

Thank you for this great video, I love to make Pizza and often use a little corn meal in my dough and then sprinkle in on the counter as I press the dough out. I never thought to use Durum flour. That is the texture and bite of the dough I try to get. I will definitely try this recipe for the dough, Thank You,,,
24+ hr ferment process and right oven is what makes dough good. mostly the ferment process. some slow/cold and some fast/room temp fermentation. different rate fermentation added different flavors. and then the right oven gives darkened crust yet fluffy inside you can't really get from a regular home oven.
@@u235u235u235 agreed, I generally let my dough proof for 24 and sometimes 48+ hours as I know the dough tastes better but I will never get the texture and flavor provided by an industrial oven or wood fired. That will be an upcoming project, to build an outside brick oven for cooking in. With that said I do cook on a stone between 450°-500° so it turns out pretty well,,,

Сахар-1ч.л.
Соль-1ч.л.
Ореган.
Дрожжи сухие-1ст.л.
Вода-250мл(теплая).
Оливковое масло-2ст.л.
Замесить тесто.
Смажьте количество оликовковым маслом.
Дайте настояться один час.
Разделить на 8шариков.
Присыпать рабочий стол мукой.
Сформировать колобки.
Дайте настояться 10/15минут.
Противень, п/бумага.
Приплюснить шарики в лепёшки.
Томатный соус+соль+ореган+оливковое масло.
Смазать-1ст.л.
Моцарелла+т/сыр,разложить.
Разложить мясной фарш.
Разложить ч/оливки.
Присыпать ореганом.
Выпекать в духовке 250° С
15минут.

Bardzo dobre pizzę polecam
Na ordem em que os textos aparecem no vídeo:
180g de farinha de semolina.
180g de farinha.
1 colher de açúcar.
1 colher de sal.
Orégano.
1 colher de chá de fermento de cerveja (imagino que não precisa ser exatamente de cerveja, mas sim aquele fermento de padaria).
250ml de água morna.
2 colheres de sopa de azeite extra virgem.
Deixe descansar por uma hora.
Em seguida, divida a massa em 8 bolas iguais.
Deixe descansar por 10-15 minutos.
Em seguida, extrato de tomate, sal, orégano, azeite extra virgem.
Mussarela + Queijo ralado.
Carne moida.
Azeitona preta.
Orégano.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 250º por cerca de 15 minutos.

@@franklinsoares3986 Fiz a tradução literal dos itens, mas acredito que se refere à Farinha de Semolina, que pode ser encontrada em mercados grandes ou pela internet. É uma farinha de trigo mais dura, que vem de um tipo diferente (e importado) de trigo. É usada pra fazer macarrão, por exemplo. É só procurar por Farinha de Semolina, dá pra comprar até no mercado livre.
