Are you recommending reading books written in Fusha? Or are there books written using "Ammiye"?
Most of these books are in fus-Ha but there are books and stories written in dialect. I’m actually working on a short stories book and hopefully to have it done soon. Thanks
do you have a video about characteristics (f. ex. smart, liar, tolerant, jealousy etc)?
@@nouria1361 not on this style but there is a video with 160 adjectives, check the library
Great lesson, thank you. And good to hear you are on the mend. One question for you: you have used اللي a couple of times in this lesson and I was hitherto unaware of this. Does it have the same meaning as يلي and are the two terms more or less interchangeable? Thanks
Thanks Ed, yes, it’s the same but pronounced differently and can be absolutely used on the same meaning
How do you know when to pronounce the ق as a hamza and when to pronounce it normally? Is it just something you pick up from listening to speech over time or is there a “rule”?
@@breezyfbb there is no real grammar or rule as such and it’s left to people.
Which book do you recommend on the history of Palestine? country or region?
