Date hiked: 10/14/22
Miles hiked: 12.5
Trails hiked: Lead Cove - Bote Mountain - Appalachian Trail (map link below)
I caught what was likely the remaining colors in the higher elevations on Rocky Top. Most of the bold colors were about mid-way down the mountain and colors are quickly moving to the lower elevations. Such a great time in East Tennessee right now with all the fall colors.

I was just in the Smokies for 6 1/2 days in August doing my shakedown hike to test equipment for my thru-hike in 2023. I remember Rocky Top well . . . threw down my pack and took a break there. LOL. Man, those fall colors you are sharing are magnificent! Thanks for sharing. 🌞
