I am an old Spanish wolf, and honestly, I am in awe of these girls, I still remember that distant 1978, when I was waiting in front of the record store for the latest Rainbow or AC/DC album and now, after a thousand years later and with the transformation of heavy metal into something dark, pessimistic, sometimes unpleasant, I find myself with these wonderful women, incredible and beautiful artists, full of sympathy and positive energy, who transmit joy of life and hope, who have filled my heart with joy. I cant stop watching and enjoying them; I have forgotten the old bands with their old musicians who repeat their old songs over and over again; I just want to hear, see and feel these masters of heavy metal music. And special mention to the most beautiful and talented singer in the world, my beloved Asami, the goddess before whose feet I bow. And with that being said...fantastic song, as always, in Lobevites' first live stage. They are incredible, although aesthetically I like them more now, with a more polished elegance. Always wonderful, always improving, always being the queens of heavy metal.
I'm 75 this year, and I echo all you say. I found that I had no interest the output of the newer metal bands, until a friend recommended that I should give Lovebites a listen. My musical taste was formed in the 1960's and 70's, and these ladies very much 'hit the spot' for me. Well composed songs played by musicians that can hold their own with anyone I have ever heard, and fronted by a wonderful, powerful, charismatic singer. I'm going to see them play in London next month. As excited to be going to see them as I ever was for any of the past great bands I saw in the past.

Obvious *Iron Maiden* allusions: gallopping bass, guitars in sync with a third of distance, meaningful key changes, the drummer contributing a complementary backbone... Reminds me a little bit of "(Caught) Somewhere in time" (1986), "Fates warning" (1990) and "If eternity should fail" (2015) from "Iron Maiden". (Not necessarily _close_ , but I am simply _reminded_ of those songs.) And as LOVEBITES themselves repeatedly confirmed, that Iron Maiden belong to their big and appreciated influences, I am not surprised at all. 🙂 "Well done, ladies!" 🙂

I've been listening to metal almost as long as you, 43 years, and these ladies are definitely the Queens of Metal and my favorite band.
