A band with vibes I didn't know I needed until I heard them.

They're really french langage lovers -"Tricot" meaning knitting and "potage" soup. It sounds really funny as hell for french-speaking people (I'm from Belgium, and I already have my ticket for their september concert in Brussels)

This was the first Tricot song I heard. Pretty intriguing place to start. I'm glad they mix it up a lot.

"Ochansensu-su" was the first one I've heard from them back in summer 2018, when I discovered the Japanese music scene. Since that time I rarely listened to western music.

If you like Alt-Indie rock, I would recommend a Japanese band that is very rarely in the repertoire of the reactor, although it has been working successfully and has existed for over 30 years. It's about the female trio "Noodles" who, as I mentioned, have been building their fan base for over 30 years and have a recognizable indie sound that is both familiar and unique at the same time. If he heard this band on the radio, he would never guess that it is from Japan. The first association for me would be that it is a band from NY. The band has toured the US several times and can literally organize a US tour whenever they want, which is simply unimaginable for many currently "famous" Japanese bands. The band has a lot of good songs and what is their greatest strength and quality is consistency. I recommend the song "Ruby ground" ua-cam.com/video/39jHGV8f_dA/v-deo.html, so if you like it, keep exploring their catalog deeper.

This reaction to Tricot made me think you might like this band called The Back Horne, the song, "Cobalt Blue": ua-cam.com/video/BSMdHwrWR7U/v-deo.html .. its not exactly the same type of music, but it's another Japanese band with an amazing vibe.😎

I love band-made and tricot. Please check out "butter" by tricot. There is a studio version and a live version. Both are good, but the studio version has a better atmosphere.

I look forward to your next reaction.
