Next time, it would be helpful to show all three blades results and to talk about cleaning problems instead of going off on tangents abut Rocky films, love of colors, etc. 10 minutes is a LONG time for limited info.

@@ROOPASHARMA1 Ok now I understand, sorry I had never neard the term before (I'm foolish), in regards to things like that it will but it won't be nearly as effective as a Kitchen Aid mixer. The reason is is that a food processor overheats if used for more than two minuets whereas egg Elulsification usually takes alot longer than that. When I've tried using an actual whisking machine it takes at least 20 min which would overheat a food processor. Whipped cream shouldn't be an issue though whipped cream works best with an electric whisk or stand mixer
I just bought a new food processor,(Hamilton Beach), two days ago. I can't seem to get the lid off. It is not properly aligned with the handle, any suggestions?
well, if all you want to know is if it shred's cheese, it's great. For anything else, go elsewhere.
