I'll always advice never ever buy an apartment but an independent house. why ? 1- its cheaper yes but the mentainance is expensive and must be payed for always and its prices only go up never goes down bcuz it depends on builders or developers. 2- central A/C has strong and big bills which are not affordable by anyone and since it's a community owners are not allowed to put a private A/C. 3- incase of failure in paying mentainance bills your apartment well be sent to a public auction and it well be sold 80% on more discounted price and your central AC well be shutdown by developers and as a result your stay stuck. 4- your property of apartment well get cheaper and cheaper and you'll have a hard time selling it again. a private house doesnt have these issues. you can a private gym in much much cheaper price and do your own mentainance in much cheaper price and have your swimming pool in much cheaper price. and the land is yours you can do anything you want. it's a great deal and its easy to sell the prices well always go up and it's never down since it's a freehold with no central ac or mentainance charges which are super expensive. I'll never advice buying an apartment. I bought an apartment in Dubai for 144k U.S dollars and now the same apartment is for sale on 33k US dollars. I'm on lose of 80% drop!
