How did you sleep train Sher ?
I have 4 month old baby boy and he never had 2 hours nap during the day. During the day he used to sleep 3-4 hours shorter naps but from last 10 days he is only sleeping an hour and half during the day and 10 hours night time. I am very stressed about his sleep routine. Please share your method/techniques which helped you with Sher’s sleep.

Hello there , install a baby camera in baby's room in that way you dont need to be around the baby when he's asleep and still monitor him if you get the app on your phone as well.
