Hi there! I agree with Tim style-wise ((not my cup of tea either)) but, having a pair of Airtech Gore-Tex boots myself, I have to admit TCX waterproofness, confort and ease of use are really good on long tours or changing weather conditions.

Thanks for review! They look good for everyday street riding and i would consider them if they are comfortable. You mentioned you are a size 43 i think thats a 9 in US right. If so that's what I wear. Regarding quality how do they compare to Alpinestars brand and their SMX v2 gore text? Thanks

I think they have improved the quality overall since: "Is TCX owned by Dainese?
In September of 2020, TCX was acquired by Italian motorcycle gear maker Dainese." ...So, the brand/franchise level of quality "alround", I guess is rather similar to Alpinestars

i owned TCX boots since they were Oxtar, many different models, my election brand in boots but having a problem with all these Velcro system:
If like my you have a big calves or legs, they don't fit enough...
My actual a pair of pulse, I had to cut the Velcro strap because it kept coming loose. When I see boots like these I think I would have the same problem.

Decent boots. I don't like velcro, though. I bet the membrane doesn't last long.
