LOVE how you recorded & did the voiceover for this vid! Also, congrats on your home! The top balcony definitely made up for the view

Thank you so much Kari!! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the voiceovers. I am also happy with the rooftop - I go up there very often :)

Nicely described and demonstrating your apartment hunt. How much did you ended up paying for your apartment? 5K sounds about right for two bedrooms in YVR where I live. 👍

How are you liking the building? I love this area as well bc it’s so safe 😭 I’ve looked at nearly every apartment complex in this area too and am headed back to LA and was planning on checking out what’s now available in this building too!

I loved living in this apartment and neighborhood!! I definitely recommend it. The only thing was that I preferred a larger unit, so I ended up choosing a place facing the courtyard, but it I were to resign another place, I'd choose a slightly smaller unit facing the outdoors! (the view and sunlight turned out to be a little more important than I thought). Anyways the property management team is super attentive and it was overall a quality living experience for me :)

@@hoteliepattie hahah it’s so funny you say that because I’m realizing as I apartment hunt that I’m willing to pay more for great light and a view. Our checklists were so similar! Thank you for the tips 😊

Hmm... I love them, but for those rents, a mortgage would be more practical.

what career do you work in if you don't mind me asking? since 3k rent is affordable with your salary? also congratulations!

All the apartments shown by the attached 🎥 show 👀 looked like really nice housing apartments for person/s that's looking for housing and can afford to pick and choose to live in happiness and or for peace that's important; and privacy that's important.👌↗If persons have a hard time occupying their apartments because of cost they'd be smart to lower the monthly cost for housing; AND, choosing an apartment because of construction work going on for few weeks or for months usually in the morning wouldn't be a problem for some people that work in the day time and or being that person's can get decent peace and quiet in the late afternoon and or evening and or at night get decent rest and sleep; I mean, also because really, person/s could choose to rent or buy housing in area that some kind of construction work may happen some time later after having moved into the housing.↗Plus; in regards to lighting in housing is brighter some days coming through the window or windows because is sunnier some days, but, person's can buy nice or beautiful lamps or lighting fixtures for the housing to show more brightness, what's important are that persons can open some windows in their housing for some nice natural air that each person require.↗😘
