im. heavy guy doing a lot of mini ramp skating , and i bruised my palm from a hard slam last week , i like the RD palm protection but the lack of a upper splint concerns me
187 should do one with the bottom splint of the RD and the top splint of the regular as well as the butterfly closure ... boom ultimate wrist guard

Hi I got the triple 8 snowboard nice. The skateboard looks nicer with 2 straps. I wear loose gloves. Can I use the skateboard in ones under glove in snow?( I'm use to the mesh looks like it dries fast vs neoprene.)

I can vouch for the regular 187 killer pads, certainly killed my wrist, broke in 5 places

I bought 1 pair of the regular wrist gaurds & a pair of the derby wrist guards off ebay in like new condition . I'd say the derby are much better . I've heard & believe it to be true that wrist gaurds can actually cause a break in arm when they have stiff brace on top of wrist it can break where the brace ends because it cant flex up . Derby provides protection on palm & under wrist but allows wrist to flex up . Wrists & palms take alot of impact & take along time to heal and it's our natural instincts to protect our falls by putting out our hands . I suggest the derby gaurds .
