    2:47 Well, there's your Brow X movement right there. I think those parameters are to make those _very_ slight left and right adjustments independent of the Brow Angle parameters for whatever reason.

    your tutorials are amazing! I still mess it up completely somehow, but I think thats on me. For some reason the fliping didn't work and broke my brow position y deformer -.-

    after pasting, the copy goes under a new "deformer of position adjustment"
    why is that? D:

      It is made automatically by the app ^_^ you can use it to position the eye in the right place and when you are done, just click on it and delete it

    Hi! Thank you so much for this easy to follow tutorial! I was wondering how you set the eyebrows in the Physics/Scene Blending?

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  2 роки тому +3

      Well I do not! Same thing for the mouth ^_^
      This is because the tracked movements do not need to be set up with the physics.
      The physics make so that you have a movement (for example hair swinging) that is triggered by a tracked movement.

  • @Ihaskittay

    Thank you for the tutorial but whenever I get to the brow form step and try to move the angle parameter like you do, the eyebrow goes back to the default position and doesnt show what I did in the form parameter. I'm not sure how to fix this

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  3 роки тому +1

      Hello! You have to make sure that if you click on the brow itself, it is active only in the Form parameter ^_^
      Same thing, if you click on the Brow Angle deformer, you have to make sure that it is active only in the Angle parameter, otherwise they conflict with each other!
      Let me give you an example: if you click on the brow and both "Brow form parameter" and "Brow Y parameter" light up with green dots, you have to select the Brow Y parameter and click the button to unlink it (the one with the gray bar with a red mark on top, it's on top of all the parameters)

  • @Rosa-ei9wd

    Thank you for the tutorial! I was wondering why do we need different deformers for each parameter?

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  2 роки тому

      Otherwise the movements will go in a conflict and mix up in unexpected ways ^_^ you will notice how important this is when doing head angles

    Hello Yoshino, thank you so much for tutorial. I have a question, my other eyebrow is in different color. After copying and reflecting my brow, I removed my copied brow and put different one. Both warp deformers work on in perfectly but brow form parameter is not working as it was attached to copied deleted brow. Is there a way to move it to diff colored brow?

  • @MariYumeCh

    You're the only rigger I have seen that puts the right params on the right side of the face, I was wondering if that's just a preference or if you do something later to swap the tracking direction. Most people in the live2d discord say to swap the L and R for tracking?

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  3 роки тому +3

      I do it that way because it's more intuitive for me, but yeah later on I have to swap left and right Eye and Eyebrow tracking on vtube studio (or swap the parameters IDs in live2d before exporting)

    • @MariYumeCh
      @MariYumeCh 3 роки тому +2

      @@YoshinoArt ohhhh that makes so much more sense!!! That's super useful to know. I had commissioned someone a while back who did the same thing and I've been wondering for months on why my tracking was always the opposite. Thank you so much for the response~

    Thanks for the tutorial! So helpful :) I have an issue with the eyebrows and I don't know what to do. I followed the tutorial and then went on to do the X Y Angle for the face, I did everything and when I went to try it out in animation the eyebrows just went all over the place, they weren't staying were they should be, can anyone help? ^^'

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  3 роки тому +9

      Select the Deformers Brow R Angle and Brow L Angle and make a new Deformer called Brows Head XY. You will now have a deformer that contains both eyebrows. Click on the head X parameter and click the three green dots. Now you have to model the eyebrows to follow the head X movement ^_^ do the same for the Y angle and then syntetize corners, and you have them ready!

      No it's not! Click on the BrowL Angle parameter and then click on the button with the three white dots (on top of the parameters, the last button of the row on the right)

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  2 роки тому

      Hello! If you want your eyebrows to go up and down as your eye closes and opens, you can create a deformer as a parent of BrowY and call it Brow Blink. Then make this new deformer in your Eye Open and rig it to move with the eye!

    hi! thank you so much for the tutorial !! for some reason, i did everything as instructed but when i export my model to vtubestudio, the brows don't correspond according to how my own brows move. is there a way i can fix that?

    • @YoshinoArt
      @YoshinoArt  2 роки тому +1

      Hello! Are they moving opposite? Just switch the inputs in the Vtube Studio parameters
      Instead if they move too little, make the range smaller, so instead of 1 to 0 put 0.8 to 0.2
