They pay them a fixed amount of money to complete the task. This is usually around $1000 but they’re required to produce 10 seconds of animations which is 240 drawings.
If You’re a industry veteran maybe you’re able to do 240 drawings in half the time then *congratulation* you now earn $6-8 an hour which is ALMOST minimum wage.
