In Utah, with health insurance provided by my employer with copay and deductible. Got a 4k invoice for a 30 minute visit to the ER. Im really interested on knowing how your family manages to have health coverage without paying a dime 👂

Because it’s really that bad.
Antibiotics are needed if you have a Group A Strep infection. Otherwise they are seldom needed or useful.
For lamisil use, you must have your liver enzymes checked because it is hard on your liver.
Yeah. Don't start giving out medical advice for a living. Antibiotics are used in almost ALL scenarios!

This is from the CDC: Most sore throats, except for strep throat, do not need antibiotics.

Your insurance is what your state allows. The ACA is only full coverage in states that allow the full law to be enacted, to include expanded Medicare.
