We also see a Shih Tzu with an untreated skin condition due to her owners declining health, and a group of puppies on the brink of dehydration. Elsewhere, Molly the tiny terrier has a terribly injured heart that needs vital surgery if she is going to make it to the next year.

What type of person dumps a dog with such serious injuries. 😠 Chino would have been suffering terribly. 😔 I'm so happy for her now. She's better and has a loving home. 💕

My heart was breaking hearing the cries and whimpering of that poor flea-infested wee dog - Ben. There is NO excuse for it.
