@@hivaids_cockroach I see it difficult because some blocks of the contraptions pass through blocks that are needed to move the cannon. i'll try anyway to export a schematic that works
How exactly does the turret itself move without locking into place? What block/mod was used there? I need to know this, currently working on a fleet of spacecraft which I plan to arm with functioning turrets.
@@Tha_Seagull Sorry for the late response, but thanks for the info. Just one last question, which version of the bearing block does it use, because atm I only have the clockwork, mechanical and windmill bearings. If its a bearing block from another mod, which one is it?
hey bro, could you make a tutorial on this thing? i understand you want only people in the discord to access it, but maybe you can link an unlisted tutorial in the discord instead? its just that you are the only guy who made a naval turret that is small and compact but i dont really have access to litematica
Well, since a lot of people ask for a tutorial, I might make a video of it. In this period, however, I am very busy with my real-life job. So it might take a month to make and finish it
there should be a linked controller in the schematic. Use A and D to rotate the turret and W & S to move the cannon up and down. SPACE is for shooting. Anyway never press A & D or W & S at the same time cuz it will break the clutches
@@Istealfishes ok, I checked. The schematic now has the controller on lectern above the cannon. Also i forgot that on the controller, SHIFT is for turning on and off the cannon. Sorry for the mistake.
Imagine putting this on a moving boat with create aeronautics
offroad is the boat part
How do you rotate platform with canon and why don’t you put normal canon on it?
the rotation of the cannon and the platform respond to the same input.
mounting a normal cannon would be an engineering nightmare to reload
@@Tha_Seagull not anymore, use a qf breech and a mechanical arm
very cool keep the good work
when aernoautics will be relased, its will be omg
tutorial definitely
nah, imma post the schematic in the description
man, how u did it rotateable and available to shot.
the cannon and the body of the turret are two different structures but their rotation is controlled by the same input
@@Tha_Seagull will u drop schematic??? please. i need it so much but cant do something like that myself

Pls how to build video

it uses the bearing block of the create mod. You can find tutorials of the mod in-game as well

@@thatoneguy7451 it's the mechanical bearing the one to rotate blocks
@@thatoneguy7451 bit late but if you re having trouble with the bearings locking into pace simply change the lock thing on the side of the bearing
How its work?
you can check the schematic in the description
