Wow what a trip here. I lived in Polk County in 2004 in both Lake Wales and Winter Haven and got the brunt of Charlie, Frances and Jeanne. Moved to Bradenton for about 10 months with a friend and enjoyed it very much. Was just off Cortez in a nice apartment and worked at the Albertsons down the road from it that has been closed now quite a while. Cool seeing some changes since back then but a few closed or dying ones are pretty sad. DeSoto Mall was nice and I liked the Go Kart track but last time through saw it was closed and the mall all but dead.
Its wild to realize that even some of the smaller towns in FL even have a small or large homeless population. Of course theres still a bunch of nice small towns around the sate, its sureal to see it affecting the few of them.

Best italian restaurant is Carmens Italian Cafe on manatee Ave and I think 27th st e. German food Heinrichs on university and Lockwood ridge in the big parking lot by the gym

Tip on driving laws in Florida....I know it seems weird but you are SUPPOSE to actually stop AT THE STOP SIGNS...not continuing on 5 or 10 feet past the stop sign then stop. There is a reason for this. This video is driving me crazy...you are driving WAY past the stop signs, I understand WHY you are but you're actually breaking the law doing this and now you're on UA-cam breaking the law...do you understand? Be cool...drive correctly & STOP "at" stop signs. I know most people drive like you but its incorrect and against the laws in Florida.
