on i7 3770k or any older cpu dont have AVX instructions feature
Hello guys i finally found Emulator for this disaster AVX thing it come up with
new games and new CPUs i tried to search everywhere for this problem but unfortunately some CPUs does not support this feature its impossible to buy new CPU just for one game you can try this method on other games who have Xeon CPU or older CPU I'm sure this emulator can run without any problem you can try older CPU run Death stranding with AVX i hope this will be helpful tool ,
AVX will be a problem for The CPUs in future there it might be AVX4 , 5 Coming
The Fix for UNCHARTED Error Windows 10 Version 1903 or Higher Is Required just uncheck box*
*(compatibility mode) settings on properties

just follow the steps one by one on the video :
1- extract the file you have download to game folder
2- make sure both sde and u4 are in desktop as shortcut sde.exe shortcut and 4u.exe shortcut
3- go properties of sde.exe on desktop and copy u4.exe target and type follow text inside sde
4- insert -hsw -- this in Sde.exe properties target locations between sde.exe and game file u4.exe for example
"C:\Uncharted 4 Legacy of Thieves Collection\sde-external-9.7.0-2022-05-09-win\sde.exe" -hsw -- "C:\Uncharted 4 Legacy of Thieves Collection\u4.exe"
5- Run Sde.exe As Admin and wait for 3-5 minuets

Note
If the game low fps or lagging perhaps the shaders is loading, you can see the precent % bottom right corner

@@mibinobita I searched it. The technology we dont have our cpu is AV2. Which is include bunch of codes. Thats mean if they want to fix it probably at least 3 months long job( minimum) .

@@nqkoo6376 okay man. I'll take your word for it. I will let you know once my shaders have loaded and if the game runs fine. I'm honestly fine with anything over 30 to 35 fps. It should be playable is all.
It works fine for me with i7-3820 and Rtx 4090 just arrived today. With Intel SDE after completing the shaders at 100% and following your steps, I get 45-50 fps playing at 4k all graphics settings maxed out. No stuttering and no slowdowns.Thanks for your video, I'm enjoying this game and it plays very smoothly

@@samarjitmallick2077 I just don't need to upgrade my cpu for the moment. I have tested my Rtx 4090 and I reach more than 100 fps in most games at 4k, including A Plague Tale Requiem. It's more than enough for me at the moment. The only exception is Uncharted where I only get max 50 fps because of that stupid avx2 implemented by developers and linked to the cpu I'm using. Other games just run great. I will think about updating my cpu in the future, not now

Thanks this fix works with my Intel i7 2600k + Rtx 3090Ti I get around 30-32 fps at high graphics settings 2160p resolution, even without waiting the shaders to complete
why you using this powerful gpu in this cpu no offend but really it worth to buy new cpu because 3090 is so powerful u need better cpu for equalizer speed

Plus, I wanted to save money for buying new Cpu, new compatible motherboard, new compatible Ram, Psu...That's why I directly bought only GPUs in the past years and I was fine playing even at 2160p. Uncharted was my only problem in over 10 years
good lord sticking a 3090 ti with that cpu was beyond stupid. and you are delusional if you think a 2600k can handle all games just fine as there are some that it cant even average 60 fps in and tons of games where the minimums are WAY below 60. if you had any sense you would have sold that old platform years ago when it was worth something and upgraded then.

I have a PC build thats 10 years old with a Nvidia 1660ti and I can play red dead Redemption 2 on ultra with good and stable framerates...
I have a amd fx 8300 , that I bought recently to cover the avx requisite of several recent games.. Now I can play games like doom eternal, red dead 2, little nightmares, assins creed origins each one on ultra...
And I was so excited because after so many years I finally was going to play uncharted 4 but there is now this stpid avx2 requisit....

you can try any other CPUID see if it works for you the game is not worth it to buy new cpu i had before same as your setup i upgraded my GPU to 1660 super for now
e usem o programa process lasso botao direito no executavel do game escolha a opcao limitador de cpu, marque em 95 porcento para reduzir 1 nucleo durante 1 segundo e adicione a regra, isso vai diminuir muito as travadas e uso 100 por cento da cpu, e use tambem o programa islc para limpar cash liberar memoria tambem ajuda no desempenho. 1024mb inicial e 8196mb e start.

It turns out that this is not due to AVX2 instructions.
I solved this issue in the following way - by reducing the power consumption of the video card by 10% and lowering the core clock of the card (saphire pulse) to 1955 MHz. Have a nice game, everyone.
Working here, in 5fps but i will wait shaders compilation and test again.

Won't work, shader complile or not. You're trying to emulate an instruction set, on a CPU so old it doesn't have the instruction set, resulting in no FPS due to the emulation. Upgrade ya hardware past the decade mark.

your gpu is pathetically slow and only has 2gb of vram. you are not going to properly play hardly any halfway modern games with that gpu. even the gpu in the base PS4 is much faster.
