Lol 😂 this lady is awesome 😎 very interesting person.
I think she would do a great podcast.
Yes! so much better than the female comedians that come on. God most are awful
Agreed
Nope after a few hours in the same room with her you be looking for a way out.
Would you smash?
this is why I loved THE KNICK the actors were even put thru medical school..takes place late 1800s when many procedures were still experimental and it shows the theater surgery room... its a trip..good show
“He looks like he’s going...Hmmmmm.” Hahahaha
Hahahahaha "didn't work did it?" "Ohhhh noooo, he definitely died". I want to meet this lady.
Currently watching this while sitting in a hospital bed post-op. Feeling pretty grateful right about now that I was born in the 90s 😂
Get well soon!
@@bijoulille8816 Thanks for the kind words! 🙏

You should interview the creator of the UA-cam channel “ask a mortician”.
Why did I decide this would be the last video before sleeping? 0.0
baaad choice my friend, search asmr to heal i guess
You're in the rabbit hole now my friend
Is the 0.0 A Howard Stern reference????
because you're awesome
To each their own, but I don’t find this creepy. Not that my opinion means anything to you out watching serial killer documentaries and other similar topics freak me out before I bed yet I don’t let that stop me from watching them like a idiot. This isn’t that creepy to me. Although I know someone that will run across rush hour on the 405 to get away from someone holding a fish.
Hope you were able to get some sleep Boris. Take care!
In case her movie never gets made, check out The Knick an HBO show based on the surgeon William Halsted, if you're interested. It only got 2 seasons, but it's a good watch revolving around end-of-the 19th century medicine.
Man I just love her smile😍🙌
I can't imagine in the old days where Drs just would say welp your legs gotta go bud. And the patient would just say alright doc let's rock and roll.
😍 Alejandra

Ive passed a tiny kidney stone and the pain was indescribable. Ive had broken bones and the pain from the kidney stone was of the scale compared to broken bones.

@Junior Sanchez your a piece of shit
Thanks
Junior Sanchez I mean maybe the dude thinks she is a hottie...why you gotta bring him down and call his girl ugly? Cmon bruh
@Junior Sanchez everyone has their type, have you ever heard the phrase" if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all"
@@GregDineen I bet @Junior Sanchez is female. No man is that vindictive.
This book was insane. Absolutely insane. I loved every bit of it and I’m hungry for more books similar to it
This lady is fkn awesome
By far the best informative female on Joe "did they drink" Rogan
This is one of the best ones I've watched in a while! been watching joe for years now can't believe I missed this. she's great
This really makes me appreciate modern medicine.
Using Listerine for gonorrhoea in 2019 is the equivalent of using Original Source Mint & Tea Tree bodywash
It's the equivalent of eating Tide Pods. I wouldn't count your chickens quite yet...
the fucks wrong with tea tree bodywash? you'd rather use chemicals God forbid you use natural soap?
In 2020 it’s the equivalent to injecting disinfectant to treat Covid-19
Doesn't matter the subject just listening to someone so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about something just has me.
"did that work?"
"It did not work, no, he died."
She so smart.
Love her on ur show
You had me at "died of fright" !
Jigsaw approved surgical tools.

@@JSLifting97 i appreciate that brother. I barely started watching the podcast for a few years now but I love it.
Read the book; it’s really good! Bought it after hearing this podcast, and I really enjoyed it and like knowing a little about this piece of history :-)
Infected molars feel great when they are pulled out because the pain of infection is greater than the RIP out. The RIP out was a relief. Then the healing process hurts again.
Very VERY interesting podcast. Joe you're shows absolutely shine when you have stuff like this on, it's entertaining and at the same time we are all learning things along the way. More like this please
“Twitter is the most open platform “. That didn’t age well 🙄
I love women like her, so easy to get along with and talk to with great conversation.
I like how she also asked him questions, she's awesome.
I LOVED her book, it is beyond amazing!! She is such an interesting writer and I was sooo grateful for this subject as it’s a slight obsession of mine!! Medical history is utterly fascinating, how we humans made it though the past is mind boggling.
