If you want to Change your Address either present or permanent in your CNIC (Identity Card) in NADRA record, you may be required to produce many or one of the supporting documents regarding you residential status. It depends on your residential status, you might be living in your own house, you might be living in a rented house, you might be living with your family member. So, depending on your circumstances, you have to submit supporting document. In case, you are living in a rented House and you don’t have Rent Agreement (Kiraya Nama) which is executed between land lord and owner, you may produce an Affidavit by owner who will state in affidavit that you are living as his tenant. In the same way, if you are living with your relative, an Affidavit by Relative is required to be executed stating therein that you are his relative and residing with him in his house.
