November 16, 2013 - That was 8 days after Typhoon Yolanda. We were rescued by US Navy from Barrio Burak, Salcedo, Eastern Samar... and was taken to this ship - USS George Washington. Everybody was very kind and just very nice to us... especially to my 2 little children. We spend a night then flew to Manila the next day. I'm so thankful to God that he send us His Angels through the men and women of USS George Washington CVN- 73.
I will be forever thankful to all of you! #Salute
