- Bargain Shopping at Ollie's Bargain Outlet & Easy Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe!
Quick Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients:
1 packet rapid rise yeast
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Combine flour, yeast, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer, or you can use a hand mixer with the dough hook attachments. Regular hand mixer attachments work too, you will just have to knead the dough a little by hand to get the round shape. 😁👍
Attach dough hook.
Mix for 1 minute on low.
Add the milk and oil, mix for 5 minutes on low.
Stir in raisins.
Spray a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Shape dough to get the top smooth and place in prepared casserole dish.
Cover with a clean dry towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
When dough has risen bake for 25-30 minutes, until bread is cooked through.

Falon,Ollie's is one of my favorite stores. I love their books 📚. I collect Amish romance 📚. I collect cook books 📚 and recipes. I use to cook a lot and then came cancer.I am disabled due to side effects. But I am blessed to be healed and alive... I give all the glory to God. So now my husband Ken does the cooking 🍳. I can do one pot or crock pot things. I can't stand and cook. I fall easily. So everyone, be thankful if you can walk and not stumble and fall. Getting old is hard. The bread looked so good. Looks like that horse isn’t S bad as the one that nearly sent Titus to Mars! Still cold here, been below freezing 3 days and I’ve been guarding my pipes, open cabinets doors and heaters out by them and water dripping. Old houses can find every draft when it gets angle digits close to zero and wind. Heatwave tomorrow! Going up to the 40s! Glad this spell is behind us.
