    It is a spicy, pure vegetable masala cake. It is very fluffy from inside and has a crispy crust as the base. You can add any vegetables of your choice. And adjust the spiciness also to your taste. Here are the ingredients I have used 👇
    Ingredients
    To make the batter
    Semolina - 1/2 cup
    Besan - 1/4 cup
    All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
    Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Sugar - 1/4 tsp
    Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
    Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
    Yogurt - 1 tbsp
    Cilantro & shallow fried onions
    Water & Salt to taste
    For Masala
    Carrots, Beans & Onions - 4-5 tbsp (chopped)
    Green peas(boiled/fresh) - 4-5 tbsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Garam/Chicken masala- 1 tsp
    Fennel seeds crushed - 3/4 tbsp
    Pepper powder - 1 tsp
    Garlic crushed - 1 tbsp
    Cilantro chopped
    Salt to taste & Oil
