That metal "cooler" box was for milk delivery. You would set it out on your porch and the milkman would put the bottles of milk in it that you had ordered and when you got home the milk would still be somewhat cool. This one was for the Foremost Dairy company.
We had milk delivered to our milk box a couple of days a week when I was growing up. The long metal boxes are safety deposit boxes. I also had the Money bag bank when I was a little girl. Dang I am getting old!
@christybrainard6134 , hey Christy, you're as young as you feel😊❤ ha ha😅 I've been 39 for 25 years, but inside is the 39, outside is a bit of a difference, ha😂haha!😊
A "Marsupilami" is a French comic animal character (big fan here!). It was first introduced in the "Spirou & Fantasio" books and later had its own comic strips and -series. That jacket might be very valuable for a collector.
Why didn't you use the step ladder to get the stuff off the top? lol Love your video's they make me laugh, I love the way you get so excited when you find things.
The owner of the locker didn't wrap and tape up that art piece of the boat/boats for no reason. It could be a pen and ink piece by someone prominent. Remember? Maritime theme?
Deja vu! My family has a box 26:25 just like that, we got it from Turkey back about 1965 when my dad was stationed there. That 27:09 is a wind-up fire alarm from the early days of home safety equipment, 1960s vintage if I recall correctly.
We had a formost box on our porch in San Lorenzo . Our milkman was named Lucky. We enjoyed his service because we could order ice cream. My four children were so happy when he came by.
I think the word you’re thinking of to describe the metal box is galvanized. I googled your Sakura fishing pole/reel, your instincts were right on, the lowest price I saw was 150.00 but there was others high close to 600.00 dollars! Make sure you do your research! One last thing, although by the time you read this, if you read this, it’ll be too late, but that vase with the bird, looked really nice, it could be worth more than you think.✌🏼❤️
To give some one electric shock !!!! Hahaha I got you playing in the big TV,but had to turn off Conway & Elvis for awhile. I suppose as usual, you all will put on a great show!!!! I'll be fun. I like that $ man!!!
The milk box was for the milkman to put the day's delivery into. It was on loan from the company to the customer. The box was kept in a designated place. The milk delivery was kept cold until the customer took it into the home. 😀😀😀
I've watched a bunch of your videos and now I've been going back and watching videos that were released before I started watching you. It occurs to me that if reincarnation happens, I really think you may have been a Pirate in a former life 😂
The cooler box is from foremost dairies. They used to deliver milk and put it in those boxes on your front porch. They were to keep the milk cold until you got it that morning.
Don’t know if anybody else said this but the foremost box you were looking for the name of the metal it is galvanized steel. It is coated with zinc and is supposed to make the metal less likely to rust.
The first glass fish 21:04 is very similar to some my parents had, early 60’s, Japan. Was told they were blown glass, made from scavenged glass - Coca-Cola bottles, etc. I have been looking to find some for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve seen anything even close.
The Kodak screens **may** be screens that are used in a darkroom for film printing, like a halftone screen. Hold them up to a light, and see if they have a pattern in it. The one looked like it was a brick pattern, but it went by pretty quickly. They seem a bit rigid, but look anyway at 35mm darkroom stuff if you research it.
The wicked tool was just highlighted on Crazy Lamp Lady, YT it was described as an antique ice block scraped and he collected them. The creepy stuffed cigar dude, I had many, many moons ago. Sent a jolt thru me when I saw it.
I wonder how long ago you went through this locker? Hope you sold a lot the vintage stuff.. the ship picture could be worth money? Great video with a variety of interesting stuff.. ❣️looking forward to the next one!!
That Foremost cooler box is awesome - they had a factory in the mission district-SF -we use to get Foremost milk delivery in the early ‘70’s. I think Knudsen bought them out at some point.
That Dansk cheese knife goes to a cutting board. Its handle fits into a depression in the board. The pattern is Torun. The set sometimes has a fair value, depending on condition. A Torun flatware set is even better...
Foremost box is a vintage milk delivery box. The milkman would place your milk in there and pick up the empty bottles you left inside. It may be worth more than $20
My last house in LA, built in 20’s or 30’s had a metal compartment built into the wall of the laundry room that opened to the outside. The little door had a metal dial type thing in the door that you turned to mark what your dairy order was and then the milk man would place your order in the compartment! There was no brand identification. When I remodeled I left it undisturbed. I wonder if the young couple who bot the place kept it when they remodeled.
I'm really interested in the blue and white blanket in the bin with towels and such! I also like the brown beat up leather tote. If not sold could I purchase them? Thank you
The whale at end might be Murano. The controlled bubbles that are the same size is a technique called bullicante. Made usually in Italy……do a Google image search…….
Oh my goodness the etched chess set was absolutely amazing, looked valuable.. I hope you looked up the photo before taking it to the flea market, I feel like you may be throwing money away
The grey boxes look like old safe deposit boxes ! I think he may have been collecting nautical parts and making them into clocks. Art is art, if looks like nothing to you, it could still be of great value ! I feel like I want to stand over you when you're sorting ! The riveter, is likely for leatherwork. He was a very handy and creative guy ! Leather working supplies are quite expensive !
I hope you haven’t got rid of the Budweiser Steins yet. Some of those are worth money depending on what years. Some of the early 80s ones were limited and hard to find.
what is better than morning fresh squeezed ?? .. same morning delivered. remember it fondly and the dairy names. .. which one had the best chocolate milk ?? (hersheys choc. chocolate. .. in pa.)
The foremost box is an old school milk box from the days when milkmen delivered milk to your house. You would put your empty glass bottles in the box and he would put your milk in that insulated box early in the morning to keep it cool.
Jack, the little bubbles in the glass are called bullecante (bull ah con tay). If they aren't random it can mean it was created by a more gifted glass blower.
Jack, those ball chains at the beginning aren't just for necklaces. They used to be the standard for pull chains on lamps and ceiling lights. We have several "Tiffany-like" stained glass lamps with pull chains made of those ball chains. I bet the handyman had all those to replace broken chains for his customers. The chains can possibly be on ceiling fans too.
Those long boxes look like safety deposit boxes from a bank. The rolls of webbing should go to a better flea market. People who value the old lawn chairs reweb them. In fact back in the 60s rewebbing your lawn chairs with a new colour and unique design was a thing.
That galvanized box is for when milkmen used to deliver your milk to your house and it kept it cold until you retrieved from the box and took it in the house to your icebox
Looks like all my dads old stuff lol but I can’t say a word I still have so much of his Garage in mine it’s hard to let go of his old not the videos he was a merchant marine (man stuff) cool video
Maybe my mind went in a different direction and I don't want to assume anything, but I think your concern was the light bulb box. Had to laugh and said to myself hope he has sanitizer.
That metal "cooler" box was for milk delivery. You would set it out on your porch and the milkman would put the bottles of milk in it that you had ordered and when you got home the milk would still be somewhat cool. This one was for the Foremost Dairy company.
Yes and it’s worth way more than $20 probably closer to $100
That's what it milk station
We had a milk box growing up!

I was think the same thing 😂
The owner of the locker didn't wrap and tape up that art piece of the boat/boats for no reason. It could be a pen and ink piece by someone prominent. Remember? Maritime theme?
Chain you had at 3:00 min. Some uses: light/fan pull chain extension, key chain, military dog tag chain.
Deja vu! My family has a box 26:25 just like that, we got it from Turkey back about 1965 when my dad was stationed there. That 27:09 is a wind-up fire alarm from the early days of home safety equipment, 1960s vintage if I recall correctly.

9:53 that was a pair of poultry shears in gdr times. my child still uses them to this day to cut the christmas roast.^^
To give some one electric shock !!!! Hahaha
I got you playing in the big TV,but had to turn off Conway & Elvis for awhile.
I suppose as usual, you all will put on a great show!!!! I'll be fun.
I like that $ man!!!
Jack you are such a great guy and so much fun/interesting to watch. Keep being you.
💯 agree

The large, hollow, fish is a wine bottle. The mouth is where the cork goes. It sits on it's belly fins. I had one of these, back in the 1960's.
Double check the drawing!! Mike got quite a bit right on these lockers.
Mar super Lami was a Saturday morning cartoon. One of my favorites. Miss that cartoon so that jacket may have some real value for you.
The first box that had the chains, those are pull chains for light bulbs. They can be used for necklaces as well though!
And for drain plugs
I thought they could be for vertical window blinds!
Or for hanging something we callled it "pepper chain" here
I've watched a bunch of your videos and now I've been going back and watching videos that were released before I started watching you. It occurs to me that if reincarnation happens, I really think you may have been a Pirate in a former life 😂

The turquoise roll you thought might be for plastering looks more like chair webbing for outdoor chair repair
That chair webbing is something I need! I have 2 chairs that need rewebbing.
Best auction hunter on UA-cam💯

The old cooler (Foremost) is from a dairy, They used to sit on your porch for the milkman to deliver your dairy order. its galvanized for rustproofing

That ship drawing is beautiful! I'd take that to the better flea mkt, it'd be wasted at Stockton!
No he needs to google it first.
I was surprised (and disappointed) you didn't model the yellow zipper jacket!
Another great video my bro and blessings to you and your family always 🙏🙏
That Foremost cooler box is awesome - they had a factory in the mission district-SF -we use to get Foremost milk delivery in the early ‘70’s. I think Knudsen bought them out at some point.
25:24 That is the type of box you would put outside on your porch for the milk delivery man to put your order of milk, etc. in so it would stay cool.
That Dansk cheese knife goes to a cutting board. Its handle fits into a depression in the board. The pattern is Torun. The set sometimes has a fair value, depending on condition. A Torun flatware set is even better...
Hello Jack. Let's see what else you can find left inside of this abandoned storage unit. Everything looks awesome.
Nice unit; much better than some, and another interesting video. Thanks again Jack😁
The ue roll you called strapping is for vintage lawn chairs
Thats a roll of webbing used to repair aluminum lawn/beach chairs. And its usually popped riveted to the aluminum frame.
The boxes with tools and decorated look like a safe deposit boxes.
That’s what they are. I used to work at a bank saw a lot of them!
Greetings from a Vikings fan born in NH! Nice helm my friend
Foremost box is a vintage milk delivery box. The milkman would place your milk in there and pick up the empty bottles you left inside. It may be worth more than $20

Hey Jack, you know what I use to shrink the wrinkles on my face? Preparation -H. Don't laugh!!!! It works.
I knew a lady in the 1970s who swore Preparation H for her eye bags and crows feet!
I’ve heard that to.
Thanks again Jack 😊 🇬🇧
You should bring back the old clippers and the ship picture that you didn’t hardly look at,dig them out!!
The baby blue strapping is for old lawn chair repair
Marsupilami yesss so funny the comics big big fan 😊😊 i dont know about the USA but in Europe you would get big money for it .
@ 27:15 gold alarm I believe was from the 1970's smoke and fire alarm. We had similar ones in our home.
Hey Jack always enjoy your videos ❤❤❤❤❤
Yes, the clock gas value, as does all the sea/ship/Navy items!!!
I loved this locker Jack!❤❤❤❤❤
Do some research on the sakura fishing rod. They can be quite expensive.
I'm really interested in the blue and white blanket in the bin with towels and such! I also like the brown beat up leather tote. If not sold could I purchase them? Thank you
Always entertaining. Thanks
The flip of tape (making a grip tab) is called a “buddy tab”.
The whale at end might be Murano. The controlled bubbles that are the same size is a technique called bullicante. Made usually in Italy……do a Google image search…….
Thanks!
Oh my goodness the etched chess set was absolutely amazing, looked valuable.. I hope you looked up the photo before taking it to the flea market, I feel like you may be throwing money away
how much for the leather , shipped to Michigan?
The grey boxes look like old safe deposit boxes ! I think he may have been collecting nautical parts and making them into clocks. the glass fish ,most are made by blenco ,nice piece
The metal box with all the tools was an old bank safe deposit box.
I hope you haven’t got rid of the Budweiser Steins yet. Some of those are worth money depending on what years. Some of the early 80s ones were limited and hard to find.
I like the glass chest set.
what is better than morning fresh squeezed ?? .. same morning delivered. remember it fondly and the dairy names.
.. which one had the best chocolate milk ?? (hersheys choc. chocolate. .. in pa.)
Strapping looks like what they use on vintage lawn chairs and use the rivets to put them on.
If you ever find any cool weird vintage design fabrics I would be interested. I am certain I am not the only sewer that watches your channel.
The foremost box is an old school milk box from the days when milkmen delivered milk to your house. You would put your empty glass bottles in the box and he would put your milk in that insulated box early in the morning to keep it cool.
I think the roll of striped mesh is for lawnchair replacement / repair
That Sakura fishing rod sells for up to 300. Hope you catch that before you price it.
I have it here somewhere. Just need to find it again, in my stuff. Thanks for the heads up!!
Discharge Capacitor- is for working on OLD TV's. if you didn;'t discharge the t5v before sticking your hands in it, it would electrocute you
44:02 that knife is just a cheese knife. It came with as a set with an actual cheese knife. I have the same one.
Jack..just looked up vanadium tools and they sell for a decent amount.. vanadium stops oxidation on tools..special stuff..
Thanks for the info!
14:33 looks like webbing for a vintage lawn chair.
Fluke is a decent brand for electronic equipment, not super high-end but definitely professional level.
The chargers and power packs are $50.00 and up, each. Home depot.
Those chains could be for necklaces or pull chains for lights or lamps.
The ship looks like the Mayflower.
Jack, the little bubbles in the glass are called bullecante (bull ah con tay). If they aren't random it can mean it was created by a more gifted glass blower.

That discharge capacitor is for tube TV repair
Ah! Thanks for the info on it.
What you're calling the tool for rivets is actuality called grommet tool 😊
It’s a shame you don’t delivery to the UK I live in Scotland and would love to buy some of the items you found but I love your videos
We ship to the UK when we sell on Whatnot, so you should check out our auctions there.
Hey Jack , …Wow, so many keyboard critics . Awesome episode, appreciate your dedication, thanks bud.
Thanks for watching!
WOW 230,000 SUBSCRIBERS 🎉❤😊
Thank you!
Mr. Jack...that Facionable green jacket is an expensive Nordstrom brand.
That galvanized box is for when milkmen used to deliver your milk to your house and it kept it cold until you retrieved from the box and took it in the house to your icebox
I can’t give the Avon Steins I have found away. The made in Germany ones are definitely easier to move.
Look at the vase again and the ship
The hobo freddy plush pretty cool
Love for the chess set to go into the auction
If the fly rod is bamboo it can be very expensive
Make sure you check that fluke voltage meter. Those can be worth up to in the range of a couple hundo
The first container you opened was pull chains for ceiling fans or lights
Looks like all my dads old stuff lol but I can’t say a word I still have so much of his Garage in mine it’s hard to let go of his old not the videos he was a merchant marine (man stuff) cool video
The one glass fish you found might be blenko glass
Antique lamp parts box looked like a safe deposit box.
The blue strapping is for old school aluminium framed folding lawn chairs....probably a salable eBay item.
I like that new bag
That engraved chess board was so very nice.
It's probably gone by now, but that ship picture looks pricey. That frame is worth a pretty penny.
Maybe my mind went in a different direction and I don't want to assume anything, but I think your concern was the light bulb box. Had to laugh and said to myself hope he has sanitizer.
😳😂
