It makes a pleasant change to watch John being interviewed properly.I can imagine being asked questions about a Band you were in a very long time ago,Sid Vicious,Malcolm McLaren,Bill Grundy and every other question you`ve been asked for Years,even Decades,and not your current project,would become tiresome to someone with that wit,and being treated like a freak,not the Genius He clearly is,would test someone with greater patience than John. It feels like John respects Him and it allows us to see every facet of a very interesting person. I watch every interview with Him and this is up there with the best.
Love him/ hate him John Lydon has always been a breath of fresh air.. Love his take on Shakespeare 👍🏼; his "Anger is an Energy" philosophy and his sharp intelligence - and - oh those eyebrows!! And Irish wit 😮😂🤣 🙂🙃😉 defny a lost, natural comic - and when he is being interviewed by a kindred spirit (as here 😍) momentarily the layers upon layers of punk protection peel back, we snatch a glimpse of the true genius and gentle spirit that is John Lydon. Oh what wisdom we learn in surviving adversity.. Johnny - don't worry about your broken faith in life after life - your loved will meet you on the Other Side 🙏🏼 i am praying for you (and them) as i speak. And that you may all be reunited. In that Place where Bad Priests and Cruel Nuns can never go. Because they hurt little children - like you were, once upon a time.. I dunno why there was/ is so much Evil, so many horrible people in control over vulnerable children. But they got it wrong: there IS a good God up there. Wowww...I also was left handed...born 1973...and also..went to catholic school....AND..I ALS0...MADE 2 WRITE with my RIGHT HAND. ..my father ..left handed ...also my son is also left handed I use my left hand a lot without knowing it...except for writing...they can force us to use the pen in right hand. ..but cdnt change the brain ...of which...obviously ...will still send signal...2 use left hand...for things...I find others..pick up on it more than myself..n say didn't know I left handed ??????. I often wnder...what or if doin this to children causes..any problems The Catholic schools ..still used the cane also till the end of 1970s...
My sister was left-handed - until her first day at school (Catholic primary school, 1964/65) used her right hand after that - for writing. Otherwise, she seems to be ambidextrous (equally left- AND right-handed! 😂) never saw anyone to use a sweeping brush the way she does! Me, being only right-handed, could only ever GASP at her dexterity, knowing i could not emulate her ability to "switch hands" - it is clearly a TALENT not a disability.
I don't think they ..do it now a days In catholic schools. ...making children ...write with the right hand...as the left side ..yes was Devils side. How...barbaric...
