You mentioned in a previous video that Ft Collins is not losing or gaining population. This is mostly because the cost of homes IN FoCo. Growth for FoCo is actually happening in Wellington and Timnath.. with Timnath almost being a subdivision of FoCo.
I'm still sticking with underground power lines being one of the most underrated features. Two weeks into January and I've already experienced an outage. And when I came out to visit and saw the unobstructed views and trees that didn't have to get hacked and mangled for power lines: it was noticeable.
