I think what Laura Kathleen did is clothing, not fashion.
And at this point and the level Nina is in the fashion world, she has no time for it.

I love project runway since I have been with New horizons 2004 since than I see this show Soo many times I wanted to get into fashion like in project runway

Switch the tops, much better. It still isn't the best design, but at least there is some interest to each look if the tops are switched, and it just makes more sense to pair the black pant with the other top.
