I have an LCR meter that can test capacitor ESR. No idea how I could make one with an op amp.

Can I power the LM741 at 5V and drive a 300mA LED using VIN=3V (at a 100K pot) and R1=10ohm?

741 is made for a dual power supply and only a maximum of ±25mA output current according to it's datasheet. Probably have to figure out how to use a single supply op amp to control a powerful enough transistor for a circuit like that.
