Thank you dr for making this video and putting our minds at rest with knowing what to do and taking turmeric, ginger and always telling us to keep our drinking water habits up, we all should and most importantly can help ourselves, appreciating dr Mandell’s much appreciated advice that we will follow….With thanks🙏
I really like all video of DR Mandell . I much appreciate that you have shared all this on you tube .Now I came to know the real reason of neck pain which i have from past 2 years . I will share your video to my friends and family and advice them to spread these on their social networks. I live in India , I have spent thousand of bucks on medicine , diagnose test and doctor fees. But I did not know the real reason of my neck pain and right shoulder pain . You explain it all very nicely....! Thanks a lot .
Took only 2 years for me to get it. My job in the military required me to do 14+hr shifts 4 times a week, standing the entire shift, dressed in full gear. Neck pain started after 1 year, got horrible by the 3rd year, 4th year I got an MRI and thats where they gave me this diagnosis. I got out of the military after my 4 years, my neck still kills me daily, constantly cracking it all day, I just turn my head to look one direction and it cracks loud enough for everyone to hear, and I've developed a tic from it. I'm only 23 years old.
Clear explanation. Helpful and informative. Thank you. I recently started having shoulder/arm tingling/numbness which progressed to pain/weakness. No neck pain though. Chiro xrayed, C spine is straight, no curve. Several dislocations, mostly C5 which is pushed way way back. Chiro hesitant to adjust due to advanced arthritis; had a specialist take more xrays. I hope they can come up with a plan.
Hi it would be wise to get on natural anti-inflammatories regularly. Bromelain, Tumeric, and Ginger are known to be very helpful. I would be very aware of your every day ergonomic particularly your forward head posture and forward rotation of shoulders. It would be wise to strengthen the rhomboids and stretch the pecs.
Thanks again:) I needed to hear this today, received MRI results back this morning with C1-C7 DJD and extremely worried about if i will get better with continues therapy and steroid injection that is now scheduled for next month. This is always very helpful and like I said every thing you stated so far has work for me, posture , increase fluids and just staying cones of body alignment .
Hi Bomb Shell, good posture, strong rhomboids ( see rhomboid exercises) will help you will the retraction of the shoulders. Be careful no to spend lots of time looking down with the head like texting and computer. Strengthen core as well...very important. You will be fine.
Thank you so much Doctor. I really appreciate all the information you have shared. I hope to find even information to help through your channel. Many thanks.
4 years of carrying m60s and 50 Cal receivers in the Marines on my neck and shoulders on 10, 15, and 26 mile forced marches. The VA tried to charge me for the examination, I fought and won, then denied my claim because I didn't report it to medical while I was in. I have bone spurs on my neck and back from "trauma". You're about the only help I get doc! many thanks!
From listening to this video in my case I am suspecting an R.S.I Repetitive Strain Injury type condition. As for over 20 years have flown stunt kites looking up down left and right and being under strain, also looking down a lot on this I Pad. I shall now limit my flying and time on my I Pad. Thanks a lot for the very precise info, cheers.
I am 6 days post op from ACDF on C5-6, and C6-7. The one thing I found out that wasn't talked about was the swollen tissues in my throat, I had a large Chondroitin/Glucosamine pill got stuck, and thank God my daughter was here with me, and she did the Heimlich Manuver and the pill flew out of my throat. Be careful, and use apple sauce or yogurt to swallow pills with, it helps them slide down.
Hi doc, I’m a fan of your videos, they make a lot of sense to me. I could really use your help! My neck is very tight (can’t turn more than 45-degress) and 10 months ago had this excruciating clenching at right shoulder blade region (they put me on medrol and flexiril which helped around 75%), and I since have regular pain in same region and lately pins and needles in right fingers and now moving up my right arm, also have muscle spasms in right wrist and right arm and right chest regularly. Left back side of my neck is hard like a rock (feels like a steel rod). And I also have a tightness in my left jaw which I feel the need to regularly stretch/move around and even click (not sure if this is related?). They want to inject epidural in right neck, and facet injection in left neck. And also see a spine surgeon! I happen to work in high stress job (not sure if that info helps; I definitely feel everything tighten when stressed). What do you think I should do?? MRI findings… Overall: straightening of cervical lardosis, multilevel disc desiccation, the bony spinal canal is narrowed on a congenital basis. Individual: C2-C3: Right greater than left disc osteophyte resulting in mild neuroforaminal stenosis. C3-C4: Large right paracentral/foraminal osteophyte ridging resulting in mild/moderate stenosis as well as effacement of the right ventral thecal sac. C4-C5: Posterior disc ridging nearly completely effaces the ventral thecal sac, without definite frank cord compression. C5-C6: Posterior disc ridging, asymmetric to the right resulting in mid left neuroforaminal stenosis as well as near complete effacement of the ventral thecal sac without contract of the cord. C7-T1: Posterior disc ridging, asymmetric to right, partially effacing the ventral thecal sac. Impression: Congenital spinal stenosis with superimposed degenerative disease resulting in multilevel spinal canal stenosis. At C3-C4 there is stable indentation of the right ventral hemicord. THANK YOU!
This all does appear to show myofascial changes and/or nerve root irritation affecting the neck region. MRI is a good idea. Although it does appear that this is all compounding as result of postural stresses your putting your body through. If you do take an MRI you can send me your impression of the radiological report.

Hi, my email is motivationaldoc@yahoo.com There does appear to show degenerative changes. TC 3/4 herniation is not very common. Most important is good ergonomics. Strong rhomboids would be very helpful. And over the door traction unit may be effective for you which you can get on Amazon. What are your symptoms can be coming from myofascial changes as result of postural deformation. I would be careful not to excessively stress and over contract the upper trap muscles while exercising. Over the head presses would be contraindicated as well.
I have cervical degeneration and 38 started out like six months ago were in our early May 2021 is mild but I’m doing everything possible to treat the symptoms and because I got down to my Loveside with numbness in my hands itching tingling your name I have it and I know those compression garments for braces help a lot and the tens machine I have is awesome yes I’ve eaten payment many times like one across the street where I’m down the street fire by 6 feet down yeah that wasn’t in the face. FaceTime homeboy as a child and did extreme muscle training in mind their 40s plus and then I thought oh my word Cerca at about age while I was 2015 but I haven’t worked out like that, rotator cuff healed using shoulder brace…
I'm very interested in the natural anti inflammatories you mentioned. Turmeric and ginger? Do you have a video describing how to use these? Dosage and form (dried, fresh) and how? In milk? Added to food? By the spoonfull ?! Thanks. Your vids are very helpful and motivational.
Nicholas Trevatt, I usually take tumeric and ginger on my green shakes, i buy them on sprouts is a grocery store or you can find them on powder too i use that when i don't have the roots.
I'm going for my mri in a few weeks and I'm scared to death! I've been having problems with my neck and pain going down my arm and actually into my fingertips. I've been doing your exercises with a towel and it has helped a lot! Just have to see what they say😢 I've been having this pain for two years now. The pain goes into my shoulder blade and down my arm then into my hand and fingertips with pins and needles in the tips. It's really bringing me down and depressed😢 when my neck cracks I can only describe it as it feels like broken biscuits. I've stop cracking and started your exercises with trying to correct my posture..
Thank you so much for doing this explanatory video. I had suspected for some time this is what I had, then had it confirmed. In my case I have lumbar spindylosis as well as cervical spindylosis. Mine has gotten to the stage, along with a lot of osteoarthritis, I have to rely on walking aids all the time, or on bad days, my wheelchair. I still miss my old highly active life and do get that my body is now telling me basically that its pay back time, but with this being incurable and me still in my late 40's, what does scare me are the questions : Will this continue to worsen over the years? Or will it stay as it is now? Just how bad can it get from here? (I mean, in the long term, what could I be looking at as the worse case scenario, for example, 20 yrs from now?)
Hi. I have slight neck pain worse if I lay incorrect. I also suffer with lightheadedness and sometimes feel like I'm walking like a crab. Some days nothing at all...just when I think it's gone...back it comes. Worse when I turn my head to the right or look down or bend my neck backwards. Can dizziness be a symptom ??. You are an inspiration Dr Mandela
thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much
Really wonderful work. congrats. I really like it. We are also doing the video documentation works of traditional marma treatment system of kalaris of kerala for the first time through Gurukulam Communication.
Wow! Thank you for this! I just got diagnosed with this and I was freaking out! I am a massage therapist and I have worked out very hsrd for many years! Everytume I give a massage i get nerve pain on transverse process of c6, c7. Now it has traveled down my left arm, ouch ! Am icing. Chiro told me to take 2 vitamin B6 niacidamine? I need to get back to work..i could tell while massaging that my neck wasnt aligned right. Hope I can get this figured out!
Jackie Wilson ,. Jackie,. I've had 5 neck surgerys and last 2 weeks neck pain, left shoulder pain, pain down whole left arm and hand. Last neck surgery number 5 was a year and 2 months ago. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. 😐
I am 25 & I have had Cervical Spondylosis since I was around 14. I never had bad posture or leaned/ lifted incorrectly. I was always physically active. I started having head/neck aches around 14-15 years old. Even though I have had countless x-rays and MRI's my family doctor won't admit that because I have Cervical Spondylosis I am having neck spasms. It is so frustrating & I feel that for me to have this from such a young age & all the other problems that come with it, there has to be something else wrong with me. Is there anything besides "poor posture" that could cause osteoarthritis and Spondylosis at a young age. Is there anything I need to be tested for? Thanks I appreciate your videos :)
audra fields l also get neck spasms. Massage and freeze gel work. Buy special pillow also . Watch your posture. Be careful of lifting anything heavy. Neck exercises work, but go slow with that.
My job requires that I look down (commercial airline pilot). I realize over 30 years of flying has created my problem (right side neck/trap pain and numb fingertips). I've tried every modality out there. Only thing that works is radio frequency ablation and that is only for about 4 months a pop. My question is there a proper way to look down? Is there a video on this? Sitting and looking down for long periods of time is unavoidable for me. Thanks for all the great videos.
Hey Mike, most important is that you try to get something behind your lower back while sitting a little pillow or a lumbar support pillow. That will bring the chest outwards as your shoulders will retract naturally allowing the head to come back as well. Try to focus on keeping your ears above your shoulders and tucking the chin downwards, preventing forward head posture will help you significantly.
+motivationaldoc Thank you for the quick reply. I also have adjustable arm rests on my seat in the cockpit. I've tried using them at different heights or not using them at all. I've found no relief either way. I usually don't use them at all. Any suggestions there? Last but not least, my neck problems stated above are amplified when (TMI alert!) I have to have a bowel movement. After its much better. Does this make any sense?
Armrests always better to use them without although must be at the correct level to get up and move effects. Pertaining to the Bowel movement if there is excessive force of you pushing outwards that can cause intrathecal pressure affecting the nerve root if there is compression.
My X-rays from yesterday just showed osteophytes, minimal degenerative spondylosis of c5-6, and narrowing of the discs of C3-5-6... I have been complaining of neck pain, bilateral arm numbness and weakness, jerking of my legs while walking or laying, horrific headaches at the base of my neck.. I have been complaining for over 2 years with no help from my Dr. I keep getting told eventually the pain that has now become chronic will just go away. It hurts so bad some days that I can't even get up. But somehow, magically, it will just go away.
Can a degenerative neck problem cause constant headache that never goes away and muscle twitching all over the body ? I ask because for over a year Iv had this problem and it came out of no where like a truck hit me ... how ever my brain mri is good and my initial reading of my spine was normal how ever a neck expert looked at it and said I have damage to my neck ... but I have to wait a month and a half to meet with him and that's all he told me ... I'm just curious if a neck problem can cause all these muscle to twitch every day from my feet to the top of my head ... and this terriable headache ..... it's truly awful man like my life is ruined I'm only 25 too but I guess all those years of football and the marines messed me up
Yes we can. Nerve irritation can affect the nervous system which I have seen many times in the past with other patients. Many of them have developed benign fasciculations syndrome that's what it appears that it sounds like you have. Continue focusing on the good posture hopefully time will run its course with your condition.
Just an add on ,my symptoms, mainly my head feels like it's detached from my skull, can not move without severe pain, also some neck pain. No tests have been done just a observation from my doctor. Good luck to all sufferers. TY.
ive just been diagnosed with artritis in my neck and have to wear morphine patches for the pain pls give me as much info as possible as this im finding very worrying because my job is a hairdresser and i need to be on the ball as i have to make my girls look good as i said pls give as much info and advice id be very gratefull kisses from the uk p.s the nhs in england is crap its taken me 7 weeks to get this diganoisis xxxx
Good day doc. I have that problem thank you for giving idea and help people same like me... doc. If i do that exercise i heard sound in my ear.. i want to know what the reason about that sound thank you doc.
Sir, i did x-ray and doctor told me that i have neck spondylosis. But he didn't explain much.physio showed some exercises and doc gave some medicine. But my real problem is due to the weakness in my left side (shoulder, arm, biceps, triceps flexion ,contraction ) my gym training is going in vain. So i want to get rid of this weakness in my arms elbow ..please help me sir.
My grandma (my moms step mom) is about 47. She has severe arthritis, but I don't know what kind. I know she can't turn her neck, her fingers are bent and she can't straighten them, and her joints hurt her all the time. I know her arthritis has something to do with her immune system because she can't take specific medicine or it will make her arthritis worse (basically because it is making her amine system stinger which is attacking her joints) I don't know if that's exactly how she explained it though. I know she got her arthritis at a very young age. About 16. Are there any possible procedures that can help her be able to turn her neck again and help her have no more joint pain. I enjoy helping my grandma... She is the best in the world, but I can't stand seeing her in pain (and may I add taking it like a boss) and I want to help so badly. P.S. Her arthritis is about 40 (rounded) years old and I think that may make a difference on if the procedures will help. Please reply❤️
You must address her postural problem. You should go through my channel and look at my other videos about correcting poor posture and forward head carriage.
What type of pillow do you recommend? My chiropractor told me to do the rolled towel for about 10 minutes each day and use an ice pack. Also, with this condition, is it normal for me to have pain radiating down into my arm to my elbow? Thanks for these videos. I'll be going to get some ginger and tumeric supplements today.
Dear Dr. Mandell, What kind of exercises can I do to train my core muscles when I have cervical spondylosis? My neck is very fragile as I have many associated autonomic nerve disorders such as eye pain, photophobia, giddiness and dizziness. I really don't wanna make things worse by doing the wrong exercises cuz it has happened many times. Please give me some advice when you have time. Thank you very much.
hello doc, i want to know what should i do ? I have a pain and burning in both hands and My MRI shows that i have early cervical spondylosis and disc desiccation seen, loss of cervical lordosis positional, C4-5 and C6-7 mild bulge seen and focal compressive myelopathy at C5-6 disc level . so the doctor said me to do the sergery of neck but i'm afraid of doing that. So, Will youn suggest me what should i do ?
I have both Cervical & Lumber Spydolysis. There Are outwards growths in few discs. I feel numbness in left foot. Feel fatigued at night. Have bad sitting pasture. Forward head issue. Regeneration is not possible, but do you suggest that doing excerices will reverse the adverse affect? And Can I restore my correct Back & Next Pasture At The Age Of 43?
I've just found out I have bone spurs on my c3 and c4 discs up in the neck, and I AM PANICKED!! I sing a lot , could that have caused it? When I do sing it's so painful I have to stop,I need help and answers!? I don't want surgery is there a natural way to reverse this? I've got 4 kids and I don't stop running around and I'm stressed out! I have constant neck pain down the right side of my neck like a dragging down and burning sensation, I get a lot of phlegm, can't clear my throats and just have constant pain in my throat and neck.. I keep waking up with a dead hand, or arm, sometimes leg.. is this related, should I be worried?? I really hope you respond Dr Adrian.. Kind regards, Melissa.
Dr. Mandell, my auntie often feel dizzy, the ENT said because ear fluid imbalance, then she did X-ray, doctor said it is neck arthritis. Can neck arthritis cause dizziness ? According to your video, the discs degenerated and bone spurs due to bad postures .can the disc and spurs back to normal if correct our daily postures and through intense physical therapy?
Ruby Huang I have a lot of dizzyness also and I fell from a seizure and knocked a doorknob off with back of my head because I lost consciousness . Now I feel as if I have neck problems . I wake up with stiff neck every morning and the longer the day goes on my dizzyness gets worse, blurred vision, I can't be around a lot of light without feeling woozy. My anxiety is through the roof now. I'm gonna try some anti inflammatory stuff like he mentioned the natural way and maybe some rubs and screams in those areas and ice. But I definitely feel like I strained my neck good and my dizzyness is out of control
Hello Dr, I had C5 & 6 ACDF approx 6 years ago. Thankfully all went well. A couple weeks ago I was diagnosed with Spondylosis. My neurosurgeon has ruled out therapy and surgical intervention may be a reality. Will appreciate some advice...thanks
I have slight numbness in left hand and moderate numbness in right forearm and hand. Today's xrays show, Advanced spondylosis with severe disc space loss and endplate osteophytosis at C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels. Moderate to severe left-side bony foraminal stenosis at C6-C7. My doctor advises physical therapy. He says its not my age, I'm 52. Says I did something to it, that most people my age don't have this problem. I prefer not to go to therapy if there is something I can do at home. Your thoughts please.
doctor ...I have a question..... 5 years ago I had a sprain in my neck and the pain never went away ,I still suffer from it , the pain now runs along the spine from the neck to the upper back , and whenever I stretch my neck or shoulders I hear a crackling sounds and when I breathe deep I feel pain along all the thoracic vertebrae ....... 5 years ago I went to the doctor for the same ...she said I might be suffering from cervical spondylosis but reports said no......i don't know what I am suffering from .......please help me doctor
motivationaldoc ..thank u doctor .......do u recommend me going to a doctor or can u prescribe any medicine ?......I am really frustrated with this ...plzzz help
Hi, I was using turmic tea and milk untill I noticed the whites of my eyes turning yellow after about two to three weeks. should I be concerned? I am now taking the ginger and bromalin. but how much is too much of the turmic? good video by the way.
Thank you. I was taking it in capsules, and then started drinking the tea too. After I stopped it all together, the white came back. So I will go back, to just taking the capsules of turmic and monitor. I was worried about it affecting the liver. Thanks again.

Hi Dr, Is running is good for Cervical Spondylosis?. I have a running competition in 2 weeks and unlucky I got neck pain due to cervical disc bulge on c5/c6 .
I was just diagnosed with this......it is pretty scary because my hands and fingers go numb. You didn't say if there was a cure..or a way to reverse what has happened. Is there anything I can do to correct the problem now??
Cervical spondylosis is just another name for degenerative joint disease/arthritis. This is very very common so don't panic. This is usually caused by excessive forward head posture over the course of time. My best advice would be to do the exercises for forward head posture which I have plenty on my channel. Follow good ergonomics and do light exercises and stretches. The most important thing is preventing this from getting worse.
I'm 24. I've seen 3 doctors who hardly looked at my spine and just said my muscle are too tense. What do i do now? Atleast I know it's from bad posture now.
i have cervical spondylosis and I've done everything you mentioned in your video. but i love to cycle. i know thats not helping me. what can i do. I've had injections done. whats good for inflation.
Positioning of your anterior forward head lean is putting excessive load on the neck muscles and ligaments. Many people have spondylosis especially after 35. Your going to have to try to find better biomechanics for the neck and body by changing up your bike or angle of the handle bars so your not leaning over as far. A good massage/neuromuscular therapist may do you well too.
I have had burn nerves block shot and all nothing help now they say I have fibro so I have face numbness finger numb neck hurts big toe pain feets be on fire can u give me some hope
I am just 18 years old. And suffering from this problem. You are saying that this problem is not produced over a night. But 1 year ago i was really good with my body. How in this only 1 year this problem has occured? What precautions should be taken? Can you please help me?
Soham Rajopadhye go see a gonstead doctor they will look at the x-rays then work on the misalignment and tell what to workout that's what helped me get back on track
if there is any possibility of lossing sensation or irritative sensation incase of cervicle spondylosi , then what is your suggestion to cure it. i am a veterinary student . long time i have to stand in my hospital . Though i feel very good when i take rest but incase of long time standing my pain in neck and irritation in arm increase .Please suggest me for cure.
Focus on jutting the chin downwards rather than head flexion. Ice is always good with natural anti inflammatories like turmeric, ginger, and cayenne. Work on good postural mechanics away from forward head posture.
Dear Alan, I am suffering from 9 years.I will follow your treatment
Hello Dr. Mandell, I love what you are doing ! You are a pill in the bottle curing people physical, mentally & friendly . kudos to you !
Blessings

yea
Thank you Dr. Exactly what I've been going through.
Car accidents & 3 neck surgeries.
Took only 2 years for me to get it. My job in the military required me to do 14+hr shifts 4 times a week, standing the entire shift, dressed in full gear. Thanks :) about to watch Rhomboid exercise now :) thanks again
is there any exer for rhomboids ?
This was truly informative and inspirational. I appreciate your approach to medicine. I feel empowered after watching. Many thanks.
Thank you so much Doctor. I really appreciate all the information you have shared. I hope to find even information to help through your channel. Many thanks.
I'm Educated today, and excited I.
RA aggravated and has made the damage worse. Tumeric is a huge help in controlling the inflammation and pain somewhat.

You're amazing and a Godsend I love all your videos and thank you for all that you do Dr mindell
Overall: straightening of cervical lardosis, multilevel disc desiccation, the bony spinal canal is narrowed on a congenital basis. THANK YOU!

Hi, my email is motivationaldoc@yahoo.com
There does appear to show degenerative changes.
I was involved in high impact sports. But those who played with me are okay.
Thank you Doctor ❤️
I feel relieved now
Always a great video, thanks Dr Mandell
Hi, I did not go into specificities of each particular herb. I do advise you to search that out on UA-cam on other channels.
+motivationaldoc will do. Thanks ☺
Bro share your results..I am too suffering from this

I need to get back to work..i could tell while massaging that my neck wasnt aligned right. Hope I can get this figured out!
Any suggestions sir?
Jackie Wilson ,. Jackie,. I've had 5 neck surgerys and last 2 weeks neck pain, left shoulder pain, pain down whole left arm and hand. Last neck surgery number 5 was a year and 2 months ago. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. 😐

Useful video
Postural strengthening exercises and stability along with core strengthening
audra fields l also get neck spasms. Massage and freeze gel work. Buy special pillow also . Watch your posture. Be careful of lifting anything heavy. Neck exercises work, but go slow with that.
Thank you ♥️
My job requires that I look down (commercial airline pilot).
Thanks again for quick reply. Can you clarify the use of the armrests please. I'm not quite clear on your response.
Keeping your arms on an arm rest prevents forward rounded shoulders.

TY.
This is what the Dr. told me I have, I have a lot of pain between my shoulder blades in those muscles. What can I do to get rid of that pain?

Immune* stronger* sorry. I really want my grandma to be able to say "I can turn my neck again"
You must address her postural problem. You should go through my channel and look at my other videos about correcting poor posture and forward head carriage.
I just bought Serrapeptase , turmeric ,and Boswellia ...can I take all three of these together Doctor ?
What type of pillow do you recommend? My chiropractor told me to do the rolled towel for about 10 minutes each day and use an ice pack. Also, with this condition, is it normal for me to have pain radiating down into my arm to my elbow?
Thanks for these videos. I'll be going to get some ginger and tumeric supplements today.
There are many although there is not one for all. As long as you keep your head in a neutral position while sleeping that would be helpful.

Dear Dr. Mandell,
What kind of exercises can I do to train my core muscles when I have cervical spondylosis? My neck is very fragile as I have many associated autonomic nerve disorders such as eye pain, photophobia, giddiness and dizziness. I really don't wanna make things worse by doing the wrong exercises cuz it has happened many times. Please give me some advice when you have time. Thank you very much.

I would not do anything too forceful to the joints with the spondylosis. You want to strengthen rhomboids stretch chest and do chin tucks.

Practice good postural habits. Strengthen rhomboids, stretch chest, and do chin tucks.
Ice over the neck is great for inflammation. Might want to consider an over the door traction. ua-cam.com/video/o5Lyvn1MspA/v-deo.html

Hi, I was using turmic tea and milk untill I noticed the whites of my eyes turning yellow after about two to three weeks. should I be concerned? I am now taking the ginger and bromalin. but how much is too much of the turmic? good video by the way.
It shouldn't hurt you. Cut back and monitor condition. Might want to take tumeric capsules.
Thank you. I was taking it in capsules, and then started drinking the tea too. After I stopped it all together, the white came back. So I will go back, to just taking the capsules of turmic and monitor. I was worried about it affecting the liver. Thanks again.

Nikhil Devyalayam no jumping or running it’s like a hammer pushing the disk out more
I was just diagnosed with this......it is pretty scary because my hands and fingers go numb.
Thank you

Positioning of your anterior forward head lean is putting excessive load on the neck muscles and ligaments. Many people have spondylosis especially after 35. Your going to have to try to find better biomechanics for the neck and body by changing up your bike or angle of the handle bars so your not leaning over as far. A good massage/neuromuscular therapist may do you well too.
Thank you I guess I'll have to pick up yoga

Focus on jutting the chin downwards rather than head flexion. Ice is always good with natural anti inflammatories like turmeric, ginger, and cayenne. Work on good postural mechanics away from forward head posture.
thank you for you important suggestions.
