I am in the process of taking my apartment carport and use the existing wall with a house breaker on it. I want to prepay for my electric vehicle using the apartment building meter. To back up the pre pay, I need a monitor device for a plug used to charge up my car. This will do that, right? If no, then what do you have that will? I know you have monitoring devices that do not reset and even a photo of that every three months will verify my electrical use.
