I’m a Kendrick Stan and I think it’s wayyy too soon to put him as number 2
Its not I have him 1or2
What does he have to do? He has some of the greatest albums of all time in his discography, I don’t understand the “too soon” argument when he’s already 35 and has done so much for rap
@@lilmonke2190you just have to accept that Kendrick (while an amazing Artist) will never have the cultural or global icon status of 2Pac, Eminem or a Jay Z, Em and Jay Z were icons by 35, Kdot is still considered ,"new" at 35

I haven't even mentioned Andre 3000, Dre, MF DOOM, Cube that were literally the ppl that influenced most of the ppl on that list to start rapping in the first place
Replace Nicki with Andre 3000. And reshuffle the order and it’s a decent list

Seeing the comments let's me know people just can't accept that an artist can be great and not be old yet like kendrick has done so much in little time that he easily deserves top 2 or 3 like even the guy in the vid how is kendrick not above nas he's been more consistent and has 2 top 5 hip-hop albums of All-Time while having 17 grammys and being a very great lyricist not to mention he stays at the top in a generation that doesn't value true lyrical greatness but kendrick is the head of his generation I'll argue he should be #1
💯
But Kendrick not even the best at nun like lyrics or rhyme or cadence or flow so no he doesn’t and he hasn’t done anything to effect the culture in anyway no one is following his music like that no one coming out trynna be a Kendrick
Kendrick is straight mid brother. Honestly i dont get his appeal
By the way im a mixed race aboriginal australian man. So its not a race thing while i dont like him or whatever i just cant stand his voice and delivery. NO MF DOOM IS FUCKING INSANE
No Kanye or 3 stacks, deserves the death sentence, and DRAKE IS NOT TOP 10
Kendrick meat ridding is crazy. It's way too early to keep him in top 5
How is it way too early you people do realize he's 35 with 17 grammys multiple other awards and 5 great albums consistently its not to early its actually overdue
What more does he have to do? He has 2 top 10 albums of all time, no other rapper can say that except maybe Eminem or Dre
He’s been doing it for over a decade now, how much longer? Lmao
7 albums all 8/10 or better is not too early hes in contention for the #1 spot
I don't see why people say this, now Kendrick has more studio albums than Tupac had Before his death. The posthumous releases were good, but weren't on the same level of quality as his work while alive, so they have less merit to call him the goat. If it's too soon for Kendrick, then 2pac shouldn't be considered either. Also, I think both are top 5, so I'm not trying to hate on 2pac.
Where’s DOOM, mos def, Andre 3k, black thought, or even big pun?
Fr. MF DOOM not being on the list is a crime
Black thought is on there but I agree Big Pun should be top 10. In all actuality he would prob destroy all of the people in this list in a fresstyle battle

My biggest problem with the list is that the industry created Jay Z to be the next biggest or best rapper because of the east vs west stuff but he never really was Tupac and Lil Wayne influenced the rap game more than any other rappers ever before or after them Tupac being the most soulful and socially conscious of the two and Wayne being the more creative and braggadocious of the two plus far as trends you have the Tupac era fashion and you have the Wayne era of fashion which still have impact on this day and time

Kendrick being two is too early. Every artist slowly gets worse, it'd be like judging Eminem before Encore or Kanye before Jesus is King (although even Kanye's bad albums aren't that bad right now). Give Kendrick time and then you can rate him properly
