Most informative video I’ve ever watched about a resort. Great that you touched on every aspect of the resort so you know exactly what to expect! Well done Riley
I'm glad you feel that way about the review because that was the intent. I find that a lot of hotel reviews are either too high level or don't give you the detailed insights that would be handy to know before your stay.
Just come across your video. i like all comments good information was provided. we are thinking of going there for my partners 50th in july or august. I wanted to know if this is like for someone from the UK going to the average Europe holiday? Does it have a feel of a 5 star or feel of going to Spain? I would love your input thanks
Thanks for the comment. This is definitely not your average European holiday type destination and certainly doesn't feel like a holiday in Spain. The hotel grounds are nice and you will feel like you're not getting your money's worth if you leave the resort too much. I wouldn't put it on the same level as a luxury hotel in the UK but it does have the 5 star factor if that's what you're looking for.
That was a very thorough review. Thank you! Quick question.... how was the drinking water? Was it filtered? My family is nervous about drinking the water. They don't want to get sick
To the best of my knowledge the water provided at the restaurants is filtered. I did not ask but it didn't taste like tap water and I have a good radar for that since I hate the taste of it. The water you get for your rooms is definitely filtered though.
@@stebrooks4857 the dresscode is pretty relaxed. At the a la carte pretty much anything that's not swimwear. The buffet is very relaxed and you could get away with swimwear covered up. I believe the fine dining 7 set menu restaurant is more strict to give that prestige experience so for guys at least bring one pair of trousers or chinos and ladies a dress
Going here next week! I’ve been reading some recent reviews and people have been complaining about construction and smells? How was your overall experience!?
So I travelled last December and I didn't experience anything like that although one of my mates did complain about sewage smell in his room. I guess maybe some rooms possibly have this issue. My advise if that happens to you just complain about it. I'm sure they will make accomodations.
I agree to a degree, for me that redundancy depends on the resort. Because there was plenty to do and variety I found the 7 days pleasant and never thought I wish I could move but I have been to resorts in the past and felt like that after 3/4 days. I hope you enjoy your stay and would be nice to hear back on your thoughts
I will let you know what the experience was like once I return. Everyone’s experience and tolerance is different, for me if I’m going to a destination for 7 days I like to experience at least 2 resorts.
@valeriegreen1064 I get it though, it helps switch things up. I think for me doing 5 nights in two resorts would be optional. Well until I hear from you then have a safe trip
If you plan on doing the popular excursions, making the most of the hotel and the strip that it's beside I would personally recommend at least 8 nights and preferably 10-12

Thanks, yes the intention was to make the most helpful insightful in-depth review of the resort
This video is exactly what I needed to see. Cheers from Canada
I'm glad. The precise reason I made this video is for it to be extremely resourceful for everyone visiting the resort. Happy holidaying.

Cheers most detailed review I have seen. Going in November for UK. 👍

I find that 7 days at any resort becomes redundant. I do 4 days at one and 3 at another.
Thanks for the insight, I will be at Royalton in June 2025.
