Cool video! I always enjoy seeing how different people experience warranties. I'm not a mechanic so I don't have the convenience of having a tool truck to warranty my tools. I actually just uploaded a video comparing the online warranty process of Snap-on MAC and Matco and let's just say I'm SHOCKED with the results. One companies delivery was very disappointing; while another company blew my expectations out of the water! I finally received the last warranty replacement yesterday and finished filming. I'd appreciate any feedback or comments you have!
instead of buying fuses all the time. I tore open my meter and put in a mini fuse holder and have it running outside the meter, its super cheap and dont have to always wait for the tool truck for a fuse.
Enjoy those Matco prybars because they are switching to plastic style handle. They do not even offer the straight handle scrapers in that style handle.
I just need that orange creeper! Wish Michael could do mail order through him. I dont even know if we have a driver in our area anymore. The guy we had when I was a Tech at John Deere was not very reliable. I had a Matco green one, but my Dad inherited it....

I am buying Matco Tools again after I got a new dealer! I always liked Matco tools but I had a real bad dealer that put me off of Matco completely for a while!
Sounds exactly like our story at the shop! We had a dud for a dealer and now we have a good one.
Make one mobile box all snap on and one all Matco and see which one is more reliable than the other!

Crap think about matco warranty is the old usa stuff gets replaced with taiwan stuff and that is good jerky bought some from my matco guy last month
@@josemary2106 not bashing taiwan sorry you took it that way just saying that matco charges a lot for there rebranded merchandise i still buy it just sad to see that they dont make much american product anymore been buying tools for a long time and they have changed a lot of there stuff.

Here's a question! Does your Matco guy have any US made reversible ratcheting wrenches in metric? 17 mm by chance? I have a metric set that I've own for 12 years now. My set was made in the U.S. Rebranded I know. My 17 mm crapped out on me. Was going to get it warranty and my Matco guy was going to swap it out with one made in Taiwan. Not bashing Taiwan tools. I have some in metric impacts. I just want one the same one I have now. If it comes to it I will just buy a Snap On ratcheting wrench instead. Any thoughts on this?

Survival of the fatest outdoors kinda the opposite for me. Matco guy usually has what I want/need. Snap on almost always has to order something. All about the dealer I guess.

Ughh..DONT BUY MATCO screwdrivers..theyre trash..so difficult to clean..there made by Witte or sumthin like that..Mac, snapon or even freaking Cornhole have better handles..
