Since season 3 has been confirmed to be the final season, i just hope they end the series on a good note, for the reboot deserves a proper ending and not a rushed one.

I think they’re not going to specifically create just one Scrooge clone, but creating new members of the Mc Duck family to work for F.O.W.L

Everyone keeps saying that Season 4 should happen because Webby needs her own season. Honestly, I think Dewey and Webby are both the stars of Season 1. Here's how I see it.
Season 1: Dewey, Webby, Lena and Scrooge
Season 2: Louie, Della, Glomgold and Scrooge
Season 3: Huey, Donald, Beakley and Scrooge

I just don't know Donald, because in my vision he got more focus in season 2

But I do have a theory. Its likely a stretch, but I'm just throwing it out there. Like you said, the only one we know of that has cloning tech is Gyro. So, what if FOWL abducted him to force him to use his cloning tech to clone Scrooge, using that feather they got from him? That might explain why Gyro has been absent since episode 6.
So we all see they are going to clone Scrooge right? I am also guessing that all 3 vultures are really Bradford

I think that they need the DNA to clone him or get to another family artifact that they need their DNA to get to other than the bagpipe.
I REALLY want to see Fenton and Gandra meet again. I want to see Fenton confront Gandra on her working for FOWL. I don't ship them, but I think Fenton would be at least as hurt and angered than as when she set him up. And it proves she was full of it when she told hm she plays by her own rules and is her own boss, or whatever.
i thinks this boils back to what scrooge wrote on the papyrus the deal was that only an heir could find it so they took his feather to make an heir of their own chances are the might use Goldie's or herring's feather to finish it remember she was there when he made that wish.
If this is going to be the big event that will end the series, I don't think the plan needed to involve Goldie

I was wondering what they are going to do with Scrooge's feather.
Ok ok ok. But what if Fowl (mainly Black Heron) recognizes Scrooge is strong enough himself and is fueled by passion. So, black heron attempts to use the feather from Scrooge to clone a Scrooge to fight himself. (That would be a Black Heron only type scheme seeing as Bradford wouldn't do that)
Alternatively (this being another theory), Heron recognizes that Scrooge's family is important to him and the feather is actually one of the kids' feathers. So Heron would use that dna to make a traitor kid, and kidnap the real kid. She could use that imposter kid to infiltrate Scrooge's life and destroy the one thing Scrooge needs the most. A family. If the family doesn't work together or falls apart, Scrooge now has a devastating weakness as seen in Shadow War. ((The way that plan could fail is it turns out to be Rockerduck or Lena's feather and is useless))
Both of these are loose theories but I like the idea of using feather dna to do something against Scrooge.
