Thanks a lot for the tutorial and the explanation of each technique. Je suis fier d’être Second Dan black belt. You inspire me and helped me to achieve that.

What do you think is the easiest pattern to learn? From which should I start?

I’m having issues executing the 9-shape block. Like I don’t know how the arms must cross.

The arm going downward crosses on the inside.

That bouncing up and down isn't good especially in real combat you must move without doing this ....master c 6 Dan

Forms are not a direct translation of what someone would do in real combat. The bouncing you refer to is meant to relax your body between techniques. I assume you think skipping is a useless exercise for real combat as well.

@@Tkdtube no I've competed in pro boxing and martial arts don't be so arrogant that you can't take criticism or see someone else point of view we can all learn from each other and I've trained with 7 Masters in my life just an observation and I never was that way I just listened and learned from them we can all improve

@@ACAC-lb7ux Apologies. As someone who has trained with 7 masters, I'm sure you understand that forms are not a reflection of what someone would do in real life. They are exercises to help build strength, balance, acceralation, speed, breathing, and coordination. They help familiarize with attacking tools and vital spots. Also, they train the body to be fluid and loose before executing a technique.

@@ACAC-lb7uxbut 100% of all professional fighters in boxing kickboxing and MMA etc all bounce on there toes and sit into punches.....those who dont bounce are called flat footed and usually lose their fights......lol
