19:30 I figured that too. But I call it group consciousness. As in my home town where I grew up, it's hard to get it to "move", change because the structure of that group too strong.
Meaning the mentality within that group strong, strong in old ways. So the past replays itself through every generation. If you really think about it, you will see these groups everywhere. Workplaces, families and communities. Its extremely difficult to diffuse a strong bonded group.
These groups also create alot of destruction we see today..
