Giant Smallmouth Bass On Mille Lacs Lake!

- Collin heads north for a couple days of smallmouth fishing. His goal is to simply catch some of the biggest bass he will catch all year and work on the smallmouth game. The smallmouth fishing on Mille Lacs is simply to good not to share with the world!
Which colors do you recommend headed up there this week for the 4th planned on walleye fishing but with the new regs looks like teaching the gf how to catch smallies. I know where to go just need to know what colors to throw
The smelt color is a good color for ned rigs and drop shot baits. Also a black hair jig will likely catch them pretty good under the right conditions right now.

@@grindseasonoutdoors Thanjs for the feedback. Awesome lake my gf caught more fish than I did over the 4th. Some really big eyes over at the banana flats North side of the lake on Saturday.

I'm going up there for a week in October, im nerved up about the fishing. You never know how it's gonna go till you're there. Wish me luck brother
