Hey Jem, I would not believe i'm the Gordon Ryan of estimation, but the more i think about the more i think that, just chosing between "1" & ">1" is good enough to make people work in some kanban flow way. Using fibonacci or any other "difficulty" or"effort" level is kind of annoying me. The really good value regarding those "efforts" though is to engage a discussion regarding it's value for the software, or think about any way to mitigate the difficulty

Can this work when we do Agile@Scale ? Let’s say we have cca 200 people split into 20 teams of 10 and also working on various pieces of software with some interdependencies and cross cutting work Is there a way to introduce relative story sizing at scale ? Finding it very hard practically to do this at scale 🥲 with effort in hours and elapsed time seems to be a bit easier ? Let me know your thoughts on story points at scale
