Mount the Algorithm! On the ruins piece- I see on the tournament packs that they are using the WTC ruling, which does allow you to be charged in ruins, albeit with some different mechanics. Looks like a really fun game! On the painting for tournaments- Most only require base + battle ready, so they don't have to be video quality if you want to include them. Good luck and hope it goes well!
Just getting into Warhammer 40k the game. Chose Salamanders. Thanks for these battle reports to ruminate on. I like the idea of a objective denial through the aggression with one infiltrator squad babysitting home objective. Also I think you won. He shouldn't have been able to get storm hostile objective on turn one. If I'm reading the objective card correctly.
@@gabrielmccray3457 So upon further review, you are correct! You can choose to keep the card to score into RD. 2, but yes you cannot score it turn 1! The Tabletop Battles App actually grey's it out in Rd. 1.
Why you dont play Vulkan hestan for rerrolls with infernus and vanguard vets, with a company heroes its a really good squad, 4 wounds -1 to wound and strike with champion+vulkan, maybe drop pod for infernus?

I believe you can still do it if you want to. The card ruling is just allowing you to redraw in T1, but you can still score it.
