Great video! I use the 7 minutes workout app. It has been the best for me to stay fit. Also, from time to time, I get a day pass at the gym in the city I’m visiting and/or if I want to meet locals that are into fitness, I go to a fitness meetup.
Bang on mate! Like in the clip there, a skip rope helps, some stretch bands and things like that. A little equipment goes a long way .. awesome pointers!
