- We are racing up a tricky mountain road on BeamNG Drive, however not only do we have to beat the other drivers, we also have to beat the rapidly rising flood water. As you can imagine chaos ensues.

I would love to see a big budget version of this race mode. A flooding canyon, or exploding volcano, or whatever else pushing players to race as fast as possible through a city or up a mountain lest they be overtaken by the danger. That would be extremely entertaining.

I remember that Post Apaclyptic racing game that was pretty fun. It would be nice if they remade that. With these kinds of game modes in mind, i want a meteor shower mode.
The first map of sonic adventures to battle you play as sonic getting chases by a semitruck through a city. Pretty old but gold concept
With games like Battlebit showing small developers are king if done right, we may see this soon

This is a great change of pace. Doing this type of stuff with different tracks would be entertaining for a good while.
Doing this with Pike's Peak track for example

Flood escape in this game is intense, it is like the rising water brings out a primal fear. I hope to see more of this.
Okay this has the potential to become another great BeamNG series, there may be only a handful of maps that really work well for this but still, MORE PLEASE!
And I think there could also be some fun twists thrown at this, such as maybe combine it with stop the beast.

That idea has a lot of potential, would love to see it, though Alex's narration and commentary is part of the charm of this channel and adds a lot tension during most intense moments. I truly appreciate this channel.
I agree that the commentary makes it stand apart from a lot of gaming channels, plus, with so many people, I suspect it'd just turn into noise anyway
I really enjoy this type of racing. It adds a 2 different criteria for a win. Both finishing in first, as well as beating the water as it rises. I do hope Fail Race does more of these racing events, and if possible in different map regions, with more difficult vehicles, or water rising speeds. There are soo many different ways this race series can be made fun, and exciting, and I cannot wait for more of these races!!!! Thanks Fail Race for an excellent video
I've been hoping to see the crew take on this mod. Pretty intense.
You can just tell from Alex's voice how excited he was all throughout. This is such a good fit for him and the group. Would love to see more stuff like this.

Off-topic but I also started a tornado mod, I got all the visuals done (tornado spawns, u can see all the particles and it moves). The performance isn't the best though so I've decided to scrap it, hopefully the devs can implement a better and more optimized system so I can continue it

The start of the second race looked really cool, I could imagine a Transformers scene starting with a bunch of heavy-duty Autobots rolling out just like that.

And you probably would have been better off ignoring the shortcut every race, considering the results.
That last round was insane! Had you taken that shortcut bridge, Alex, you would've ended up in the same situation as Brazen and Blazer, stuck behind Laddo blocking the way! It was actually smart taking the longer way around(which you probably did thinking Brazen and Blazer might crash into each other and block the bridge themselves, but it turns out their fate was already sealed)
We need multiple angels on this. Or sit back and commentate the front. That was fun to watch !

Your series are always so creative! I really enjoyed the survive the descent races, but this race the flood is a great mix of BeamNG scenario uniqueness, actual racing, and the beloved BeamNG crashes. But in recent updates, it's been really good to see crashes becoming more of a finishing touch for the primary race focus.
Thanks for all the team's hard work, and hope you guys enjoy racing as much as we enjoy watching!

When Jimmy Broadbent did that course he found that it was easier to keep the speed in the long approach to the bridge rather than slowing for the supposed short cut.
That was surprisingly entertaining! Wouldn't say no this format and a new map maybe
this was super entertaining, but the suspension in the final race with a supercharger sounding like a crying baby cracked me up
Race the Flood multiplayer?
A suggestion.
Players can't spawn cars, they pick out of the cars available. Ensure no cheating goes on, as well as making the restarts faster. Could be fun!

really enjoyed this one and i think you and the crew did too! racing each other AND the water was a fun idea. more plz ^_^ btw, how about once a year broughy joins your survive the hunt (like he did recently) and also your crew do the GFRED race and random all? he seems like a good guy with good GTA skills/knowledge too. would be cool to see failrace do versions of a GFRED and random all, but out of respect to broughy, maybe just join him on his channel and he joins yours for an annual video would be perfect

Ive never watched you before, but your commentary is brilliant. if the youtube stuff ends up not making enough money, you totally have a future in racing commentary of some sort, brilliant voice and almost no dead air or filler commentary.

I'm in two minds as to whether having physical collisions improves it or not, part of me would love to see it like the old Trackmania races where you can see everyone's cars but there's no actual contact.
