I believe Neil degrasse Tyson covered this before, but a common misconception about school math is that we learn it for the sake of itself. Math is just the best means through which people can learn to problem solve, so even if you don’t use the concepts you are taught, the way you approach learning new things can be better facilitated by having that knowledge of math.

What do you mean 0:37 f is even so f can be 2x and n is odd so n can be 2x+1
Then, if we take n/2
2x(2x+1)=(2x+1)/2
2x+1 = (2x+1)/4
8x+4 = 2x+1
8x-2x = 1-4
6x = -3
X = -1/2
So now if we substitute x back in 2x(2x+1)=(2x+1)/2
2×-1/2(2×-1/2+1)=(2×-1/2+1)/2
2×-1/2(-1+1)=(-1+1)/2
-1(0)=0/2
0=0

I love art class I actually wanna become a artists one day
this year will be my 5 years of Spanish, and it's not that bad, y'all just lazy, but then again, my school doesn't force us to get language really.
Bros saying what he learned in school was useless while he admitting he never practiced or properly learned it 💀. Bro God knows if they had a class on taxes you'd complain they didn't teach it well
Ik will say the math they teach you is useful but they don't tell you how and science I have no idea when that be useful
I hate my english teacher, I used to have really long hair (not emo) I grew it out (im indian) She told me to grow out my hair like a real indian.
Some school credits are very stupid and I'd rather not do. I love math and plan to dual math and Comp Sci. in college, but biology & english I hate. It would be very nice if school was not about being well rounded, but studying what is interesting to you.
Bruh if high school taught taxes then yall would be dead by how boring it is
In my country we actually learn how to do taxes and everyone hates it🙃
I know Spanish and my Spanish teacher is white and she spoke it with an American accent and was always surprised at how bad she accent is
I'm in art class and I am very good at drawing animated stuff
Hey! I like art! I draw everything!
Underated Channel
Well science does at least offer cool experiments to do in class sometimes
I was done with math by my last year of high school (because culinary counted as a math credit), but to all of you who are stuck with math, I am real sorry for y'all.
Edit 1: I was never really good at English, so my mom was carrying me in that subject.
Edit 2: I forgot what PE meant by the time I went online for school.
Edit 3: I don't think culinary counted for my science credit.
Funny thing in my exams I got an A,b or c on all of them except SPANISH the only one I failed and it is ironic because I am Hispanic
So I’m conclusion school itself is just usless
English class is the worst.
Math class is fun tho
2:28 I had a nice English teacher who was very nice and was one of those cool teachers
onestly,they should do interviews for people who grauduated highschool,and dont teach us enything that they dont remember
I hated Spanish class I didn’t even care what I was doing I remember none of it
