Snorkeling With Whale Sharks in La Paz

On November 11, 2014 my friend Robyn Carmel and I went snorkeling with Whale Sharks in the bay of La Paz, Mexico. We saw a total of 12 Whale Sharks within approximately 4 hours. They were all juveniles and ranged between approximately 12 to 35 feet in length. Adult Whale Sharks can get up to 65 feet in length.
It was truly awesome to swim near these amazing creatures in their natural habitat.
We went on this trip with Cabo Expeditions who transported us from and to our location in Cabo San Lucas and also led our group of six people on each jump into the water with the Whale Sharks. They're a well run adventure tour group and I would go out with them again.
