As a call center agent handling travel account here's my tip. DO NOT OVER USE or over say MA'AM/SIR, MS/MRS/MR. It's slightly annoying for their end. And, there's no such word as PERSONS. Instead, use the word PEOPLE.

HM focuses on a broad job, my boyfriend is a HM student, and super hirap dahil BACK OF THE HOUSE sila. meaning more on cooking. You can learn cooking naman in your school. Ibibigay naman nila ang procedures and iga-guide ka. Magastos lang sya lalo ngayon na online class. I prefer this course to be done at school kasi complete ang tools and equipments :)
