I always love how honest you opinion is over all the brands. I hate it when I watch a video and it feels like the UA-camr is trying to sell a product instead of showing people how to use it right
It's always nice to watch the ladies do calisthenics but not my arrows.😁 I remember back in the day when glue sticks was the only thing they'd used for inserts...Now most shops use tube or bottle glue witch I don't like...Great tips Josh..Great video👍👍
I’ve been paper running this weekend and you are the first person to point out all these tips . I’m ordering the spinner and square I’m starting over thank you for this video , also I ordered your nose button a week ago and now I’m only using it with no peep , it’s fantastic hope your patent doesn’t run out it’s a great product
Been looking into getting a bow room set up in my basement would be so nice. Crazy how much the little things make such a big difference in arrow flight and accuracy. Great tips and video.
I remove all the branding off my arrows also. It lookd cooler and you can cut from either direction. Also you can use slow cure epoxy to spin the half inserts or outserts and they will never come out after they set up over night. Ive had some hot melt tips come off in a foam target a few times so I switched to slow cure epoxy.
I love working on my bow and making arrows. I’m building my own bow vise, bow press and a workbench that will have all things needed to make the most deadly arrows and setup. Watching your videos gets me so pumped to work with anything archery! Hope your family is healthy and doing well!
I spin my inserts prior to gluing them in, mark both the arrow and the insert, then glue the the inserts in lined up with the marks. It's worked perfectly so far. As usual for the Bowmar's this was excellent content.
Great video! I also watched the 25 tips video you made and I didn't see anything about insert spinning. I recommend people watch both videos so you don't miss this important tid bit!
Definitely great tips. I wonder how many people are actually capable of shooting well enough to realize a benefit. Worked in a pro shop years ago, and I saw a lot of people worry about things that wouldn't make a lick of difference based on their abilities. I'm certain there are those that will benefit though. Good stuff.
I bought one Josh and Sarah ☺️ And I absolutely love it! Thanks guys!!! I went from kisser button to nothing...tried your nose button thing and it’s now required equipment. It’s as simple as that. F’ing awesome!!!
Hey Josh , First thing I love my nose button, Second thing is a simple tip that gives a good visual on squaring a arrow. Just take a sharpie I use silver so it is easy to see and color the end of the arrow tip that is getting squared. as u square it the sharpie comes off and will show your low spots . sand till it is all gone and you will know its perfectly square.
I never even thought about spinning and checking wobble....thanks for the tip! I just stared building my own, so this is a super helpful video, thanks again Bowmars!
@@BowmarBowhunting of course! Your content is WAY better than the stuff they show on cable. Don't get me wrong I grew in SE Alaska watching outdoor channel and dreaming of chasing whitetails with a bow. Now I watch your channel for tips and inspiration to keep me going here in MI. Thanks again!
Great tips Josh and a great addition to the more in depth arrow building video. There is another squaring device from Lumenok that can square fletched arrows. Its about half the price but it doesn't use roller bearings like the firenock does so it tends to leave little lines on the arrow. Doesn't bother me any. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
I know videos like these, some, a lot of your subscribers will already know! But for me I just learned a ton and GREATLY APPRECIATE every tip you explain (witch bro you explain things so easily) u make things much much less unstressed then they need to be! Your videos like this help make me a much more efficient in bow hunting! More more more!!!
Your video you talked about early in this video done wonders for my arrow building. This video is great for anyone just starting to build there own or want to do a little tinkering.
Well lets see, since I started shooting the nose button in February i have ruined at least a dozen arrows and refuse to shoot 30 yards and closer with my bow and now I’m starting to do the same thing at 40 yards and ruin some arrows. My groups at 50 and 60 yards have drastically improved to point that I’m not overly concerned with losing arrows and confident in shooting at those yardages. I can definitely say that the nose button has improved my accuracy. It have one on each of my bows. These arrow tips will help me later on when i start building my own arrows in the future. Great video.
Just wanted to say I really like all your videos 👍. And I got the nose button on both my Hoyt's. and I can't believe the difference! I'm a lot more consistent with my shots. Thanks for one of the best bow products on the market..
This video is speaking my language like 1000% percent. I like to know why everything works and how to make it better. Your super long arrow build inspired me to build my own arrows and that’s been a game changer! Your bow tuning videos are awesome as well. Keep up the great work my friend!
Great Tips. Started fletching my own arrows this year using many of the tips from your arrow building video. Will be implementing these for sure. Thank you
Looks like little Miss Bowmar has been keeping you two busy. You videos have slowed down lol but is all good this time right now is the best time of your life so enjoy it because it will fly by. Start building her some arrows because she will need them before you know it .
I think it's great how you take the time to explain how each step helps arrow flight alot of people wouldn't do that, and also the nose button add incorporated in this video is funny, you are right the nose button is an arrow killer hahaha.
Thanks for such an informative video. I didn't realize the science behind arrow flight. I'm learning more every time i see one of your videos. Thanks again.
It is really interesting how you can build your own archery shop and learn things on your own pretty quickly and just by doing it! Thanks for the video hope the fam is well! House tour next video?
Great tips I’ve been using hotmelt for 30 years building my arrows. I like to orient my broad heads and fletching too. You can’t do that when you super glue your inserts. I also move my fletching a little forward to help with foc.
Already bought my nose button, thanks my man, you are a great mentor
