    I’ve tried to register it and it says it’s already registered then I’ve tried to download the driver it downloads it but once I click it it doesn’t open up I’ve download the driver like 10 times and still the same outcome

    Hello! I have tried registering. I need to enter the PIN, but I can't find any PIN in the serial number label. Can you help?

      The PIN is found on the underside of the unit and is four digits long. Not all products will have a pin so double check you've selected the correct product from the drop-down menu.

    can i change email for arc audient ? i just sold my evo 4 but its already registered in my previous account. and i want to change for new email.
    or can i deregistered the product ?

    The serial number for my ID22 starts with 13- instead of 12- and it keeps telling me that the number isn't valid. How can I register my unit?

    Can I claim new offers that come, let's say...2 years after registering my interface? Or are the offers I can claim, only the ones available when I first register?

      Yes, when we add new offers to ARC, these are available to everyone who has registered a unit, even if they registered years ago!

      The Pin number should be found on the underside of the unit itself. I hope this helps!

    Hello! I am having a slide problem..As i bought evo 4 audient Recording bundle.I can see the serial no. But cant see the location pin no.And without it..I cant even register

      The PIN can be found on the underside of your EVO 4 interface and will be 4 digits long.

    So the free softwares are just free trials with certain time..... isn't it life time free? We have ti renew it?

    I have done the exact same steps. Doesn't work. I really want to get hold of the promotion items. What am i doing wrong that it says seriel number has already been taken.

    I really like the retrologue synth that I got through Arc. The website says that the offer for the retrologue is valid until January 1st, if I've already claimed it will my license expire on that day?
    And can I claim the new offers that you will provide or I can claim only the offers that were valid on the day of my registration?

      Hello, once you have claimed the license, it is a perpetual license and will not expire. The expiry shown is just for the offer on ARC and will be when we will remove the offer unless we choose to renew it.

    not to be able to make registration of my new id 44MK2. i wrote all the things, from the serial number to the pin etc. nothing happens .help me please.Davide

      Can you please ensure that that you are including the dashes in the serial number and have selected the iD44 MKII from the drop down menu. If you are having issues with the registration, please send us a message at support@audient.com with your Serial and PIN.

    Registration. When I add serial no. He is asking for a pin. And there it is written. (Located on your product serial number sticker) I am not able to understand what is that pin. plz help me.

      The PIN will be found on the underside of your unit next to the serial number and is four digits long

      @@Audientworldmine just came I was excited for some reason All it does is blinks above the ID4 knob and 48v won’t light up PC can’t be the problem

    Hello, when trying to activate Cubase 12 on my ID4mk2, an error occurs when I start entering the code that is provided by ARC. Can you tell me how to fix the problem?

      When activating your Cubase license you need to use the license code provided to you by Steinberg, not the download access code that is provided by Audient. If you do have any further issues, please send a message to support@audient.com

    My pin is a little scratched up, and I can’t tell if a number is a 0, 6, 8, or 9.. can’t register my evo4.. can anyone help? Tried those possible numbers, re entered product serial and pin each time.. very frustrating 😅…🤬😅

    Hello, so i claim the a offer which was called produce like a pro and i took that offer around 1 month ago and back then i didn't have enough storage on my laptop

    can you de-register a product or at least change the email of the arc account?

      If the unit is sold to a new user then the product cannot be deregistered in order to be transferred to the new user. If you need assistance with this then please message us at support@audient.com

      At the bottom of the registration screen there is a tick box that is titled "Don't show this again". Tick this before you close the window and it wont show up again.

      Yes, you can re-download them again from their respective websites. For your Steinberg licenses, you will need to reactivate them and you can find the steps to do this on their website.

    Does will it work on Windows 7? I downloaded legacy drivers (new drivers say that OC is very old), but app is not open like in video (or it will open when i buy and connect card)?

      Which products are you asking about as some older ones will support Windows 7 with legacy drivers but we don't support Windows 7 with our later drivers.

      The PIN is found on the underside of the interface itself. Not all products have PIN's so if you cant see one, double check you've selected the correct product from the drop down menu

      You should be able to simply re-download the plug-in from the Two notes website and then re-log into your Two Notes Account when you launch the plug-in again to access your cabinet collection.

      @@Audientworld I had not claimed the offer yet or registered a two notes account and the terms mentioned that it was valid until Jan 2023 to claim the offers. The other offers I have claimed are still on my profile. Just torpedo that’s missing.

    Hello I have registered my email for verification for my EVO 8 and I have not received any email for verification and I am unable to find it in my spam too. Please assist me as I just want to get my product registered so that I can use it.

      The Pin number is found on the under side of the unit on the EVO and MKII interfaces. Other interfaces will just have a serial number which you need to enter.
