According to other sources online, this information is not really accurate. Sunroof: opaque, usually metal rather than glass, usually smaller, rectangular, towards the front, always openable either by sliding panel, completely removable panel, or just slightly with a hinge. Moonroof: always transparent, nowadays usually "panoramic"/larger than sunroofs, may slide open (e.g. Chevy Trailblazer) although not necessarily (Tesla). Sunroofs are comparatively rare now and look rather dated/retro, although the term still gets used to apply to what's actually a moonroof. The thumbnail says "moonroof vs sunroof", but BOTH of the roofs pictured are moonroofs.
A drive south to New Mexico or West Texas or to the mountains here in Colorado to stargaze, it would be really cool to have a moonroof. Since I don't do that very often, a sunroof will do. 😎
Going by info on this video I have a sunroof that's a moonroof. It is a sunroof size, but i can slide the headliner and have tinted glass. I can either tilt or open it, this video doesn't make sense, it is more like she was describing a difference between a sun/moon roof and a panoramic sun/moon roof.
Trust me, they exist. Usually as the cheaper options and often accompanied by manual sliding blinds that are often perferated to provide similar functionality to a tinted glass while still offering the optional blinding sunlight experience.

I've never seen a "sunroof" that was not tinted!
