What I really like about videos like this one is the technical obstacles that are present and how you overcome them. This comes with knowledge and watching this has made me aware of many different things. I have learned from this video. Maybe there should be a part two, and part two could be dealing with the sun coming from the opposite position hitting the subject in front instead of backlit.

I learned portrait lighting apprenticing with and assist Monte Zucker (check his Wikipedia) whose create a new style of wedding photography in the late 1960s when photographers switched from B&W to color. He used indirect northern window light and a reflector for his posed portraits giving them the look of Old Master paintings and used dual flash in a Key over center Fill strategy for all the ‘candid’ photos re-enacting the key moments of the ceremony and photos at the reception with very careful attention paid to lighting patterns on faces and facial angle to camera.
Shooting by window light I learned to first pose the face to the light by facing the subject 45° to the window which creates a ‘mask’ of highlights on the front of the face and shades the side opposite the window. Often do to the high angle of the northern skylight the face of the subject must be lifted into the light to prevent the brow from shading it and then the POV of the camera must also be raised to keep lens slightly above eye level lest it wind up looking up the nose holes.
The same problem of shaded eye sockets occurs outdoor in open shade or sunny backlight and as with the window the solution is very simple, raise the face into the light until the light reaches the eyes then elevate the camera POV to keep film/sensor plane and front of face parallel. Simply adding flash to a subject with shaded eye sockets isn’t a solution because the skylight shaded eyes will still wind up darker than the other highlights on the forehead, cheeks and chin but skylight+flash hit. The most essential lighting tool on an outdoor shoot is a short step ladder 😊
When adding flash over skylight the first step is to pose the face up into the dominant direction of the skylight which will be opposite the direction the sun is behind the subject. The modeling will be subtle but there will be both a directional KEY vector for the skylight which can be determined by putting finger vertical on the other palm like a sundial. Pointing the nose if the subject 45° to the direction will produce the same “short lit” highlight mask on the front of the face, eyes and mouth when using a north window. Then, logically to get the same patter but with more illumination by adding a supplemental flash KEY light it needs to hit the face on the same downward vector as the Key vector in the skylight. Since that angle is rather steep with skylight and face is lifted into the light a rather tall light stand in the 10-12ft range is needed, with second flash centered on camera axis to lift the shadows if the camera can’t deal with the range between the sunny highlights and shadows on dark clothing.
Shooting outdoors in sunny backlight is essentially the same as shooting in a studio with Centered Fill to lift the shadows, Key to record the frontal highlights correctly and a third rim light for separation with background. The only difference is needing to raise the face up into the light to avoid having the brow shade the ambient which requires raising up the key flash to match the angle of the skylight.
The differences are subtle but noticeable in side-by-side comparison of results vs shooting at ground level especially in the eye sockets and mouth when opened.

Sound: I vote you have a loose connector on the transmitter, or you dropped it sometime and its loose inside. I go through a lot of those.

Your audio is not buffering it is clipping. To much audio gain. It goes away when your not talking. Try turning your audio gain down

    the clicking audio :(
it sounds like your audio issue is likely to be coming from improper clock sources and buffer size.
I know because I did the same thing by choosing the wrong buffer size for audio recording and found the clicking
Honestly unwatchable for me. The content is nice but would only be able to watch it subtitled with no sound
