Ukrainian drones hit the Russians with the most effective than Western sanctions.
This week, the Security Service of Ukraine blew up four Russian oil depots at once. Ukrainian political scientist Taras Zahorodniy writes about this .
The expert reminds that the current attacks are far from the first. "The drones of the special services, in particular the Security Service of Ukraine, systematically destroy the enemy's oil and gas facilities, which are the most important for the Russian budget. Malyuk's subordinates have already carried out more than 20 successful attacks on the facilities of the Russian oil complex in various regions. And the fact that "drone sanctions" against the Russian oil refinery of the complex are among the most effective, Western analysts and the press also recognize," Zahorodnyi believes.
The political scientist emphasizes that the affected oil depots supplied fuel to the Russian army in Ukraine. "The fires at the oil depots were so large-scale that the Russian authorities were forced to admit the effectiveness of the strikes. In particular, the governor of the Rostov region did this, and later on the progress of extinguishing began to be reported to the enemy's Ministry of Emergency Situations. The case when to hide a fire that can be seen for many kilometers around, it's simply impossible. The oil bases in Tambov region and Adygea are still not repaid," the expert emphasizes.
"While the Western press is evaluating the long-term effect of the new American sanctions introduced last week, the Russians are forced to extinguish the fresh sanctions. I think we will see which refinery or oil depot Ukrainian drones will drop the "new package" on in the near future," the political scientist summarizes.
It will be recalled that earlier it became known that the Ukraine blew up four Russian oil depots at once. First, two large oil depots caught fire in one night from June 17 to 18. We are talking about the oil depots "Azovska" and "Azovnaftoprodukt". The Russians could not put them out even after two days, although they even brought a fire engine to extinguish them. And on the night of June 20, special agents of the Service struck the fuel and lubricants warehouse of Tambovnaftoprodukt JSC and the Enemska oil depot of LUKOIL-Yugnaftoprodukt LLC. These objects are burning in the Tambov region and in the Republic of Adygea.

Ukraine had NEVER attacked against Russia like this until the latter sent in 250,000 troops (into Ukraine) and proceeded to demolished close to half if its infrastructures, uprooting close to 10M people, scattering around 2M outside of Ukraine, across Europe, into the Americas.
What you meant was: wait for MORE attacks from Russia.
Fortunately/unfortunately, there's no need to wait for it: Russia has been attacking Ukraine, AT WILL, the last 2 plus years... The only thing the Russians haven't attacked Ukraine with are nukes.
Fortunately, nukes aren't something you use on a nation you GO IN to attack... a nation you INVADED. That's why the Russians couldn't nuke sandal-wearing Afghans; that's why the Americans couldn't nuke sandal-wearing Vietnamese; that's why BOTH nuclear nations put their tails between their legs and retreated, after years of a protracted war... in QUICKSAND HOLES of their own creation.
When you INVADE another nation, on whatever the phuc reason you randomly come up with, you don't get to nuke them as well, if they beat the shit out of you... if they are willing and able to do decades-long war of attrition, even if you have superior fire power.

Does anyone ever remember a time when sanctions caused an evil regime to change? Did US sanctions work with Germany & Japan when applied in the 30's? Did Stalin stop being a mindbogglingly evil man when we applied sanctions? Mao? Castro? Indeed, we still have sanctions against Cuba- and they are still a communist nation. What about Iran? How long have they been under sanctions? North Korea? The only thing these nations understand, is violence. This is something they respect.
The one effect sanctions may have, is to slow these nations from obtaining better military technology, making weapons, etc. I say slow, because as we have seen Russia is still obtaining prohibited parts, chips, etc from the West. They just have to go the long way round. Sanctions really only hurt the common people...

Well we will just keep adding sanctions on until there isn't anything left of Russia and We do have the power to do that. So let's just see what the future brings for them because sanctions aren't going anywhere , even if they march out of Ukraine tomorrow sanctions won't be lifted for a long long time.

I think that sanctions work. Even if there ma be workarounds. These workarounds are not for free because they imply a big risk of secondary sanctions. Therefore expensive sanctioned goods are reserved for military purposes only. However on the civilian sector I think they are working quite well. Airplanes have to emergency landing, people running to the banks because they are afraid of loosing all their life's savings, fuel prices rising...
@@ThomasMunich-f1k While what you say is certainly true- dictators always get their comforts and military hardware. My point is along the lines that dictatorial government are never felled by sanctions. They always seem to keep "their people" enslaved.
All a dictator understand is force. They don't respond the carrot- only the stick.
